WORST HOTEL! We checked in late afternoon, then left our things in our hotel room and went out for dinner. Going back to the hotel room, we could not enter because the door was not accepting our keycard. Thought it expired, we went to the reception to have our keycard activated again. To our surprise, when we entered our room, there were stuff that didnt belong to us! Clearly, OUR ROOM WAS GIVEN TO ANOTHER GUEST while we were out! Our bags and clothes hanging inside the closet were also removed from our room! The receptionists (even the same person who checked us in) did not give any explanation as to what happened. They just said sorry and "it can happen". What a lame and unacceptable excuse! IT SHOULD NOT HAPPEN AT ALL! Unbelievable, unprofessional people working in the front desk. The receptionist offered free coffee and tea (which we appreciated) and we thought it would be delivered to our new room, but instead, they even let us carry the drinks ourselves 😵 Plus we were also carrying all our stuff that they removed from our original room. 😣 The next day, we checked out, then after a couple of hours, the receptionist was calling us saying we havent paid the room yet! We clearly couldnt have checked in if our room wasnt paid yet. Or they should have addressed that while we were checking out. We dont understand what kind of system theyre using in that hotel 🤮 They just kept brushing off the issue up to this moment.
