Dirty and with lazy staff. We were 2 adults and a child. The third bed never did, not even on the first day. Maybe it's their idea to make you feel at home. To have the third towel you have to ask and they deliver it to the reception desk. The staff consumes their meals while welcoming guests. The floors don't clean them every day, and we couldn't figure out how often but they were always dirty.
Other than that, the place is quiet and well served by the means and by the shuttle service to the airport. The breakfast is of an international type and of good quality. I recommend the nearby Ibis Airport (the one with the red logo) which costs 20 euros more but is worth them all.

Small rooms with absolute minimal facilities. Really just for overnight accommodation, not really cozy. Has the charm of a youth hostel.

Very decent place to stay in Schipol, Amsterdam! Although I would recommend paying the extra 20-30€ per night per room and stay at the regular Ibis right next to this one if the additional cost is not a matter for you as I have stayed in the other Ibis as well! The connectivity to Schipol airport is very convenient via bus from where you can easily catch a metro to central Amsterdam!

For this price should at least be nice staff. People with space anxiety should stay away from the hotel.

Helpful as near the airport, but bathroom passable.

The stay was good. Room was very very small. No soaps were kept. But I guess it was because of the low price. But room was clean, quite and staff was very very helpful and friendly. They have cloak room and airport shuttle for free. The bus stop is very near to this hotel and the bus 397 goes to Amsterdam city center and has good frequency.

Small but complete of everything, lacks a hair dryer, the bathroom remained dirty for the duration of the stay, so if you see it still is our quiet!

Very expensive for a tiny Spartan room. But at least there is the proximity to the airport and the shuttle. And the rooms must be soundproof as I didn't hear any noise coming from the adjoining rooms. Which is a positive point.

The rooms are a little basic but it is a budget hotel. The bed was quite comfortable and the room was also clean. It is what you pay for, nothing more. The staff are all very nice and the hotel is well maintained. The only drawback is maybe the distance of the hotel from the centre of Amsterdam but there are connections by public transport.

Good value for money at 10min from the airport by bus, the hotel offers free shuttle from 4:30 to +/-1 hour in the morning.

Convenient Hotel when you have to leave early to the airport. The shuttle free is very handy although it is a bit crowded. The people at the front desk are friendly and some speak Spanish. The rooms are very small and the bathroom is the same so someone very high or overweight would be much too uncomfortable.

— Small rooms. — Paid parking lot, I would expect it to be a service for people sleeping in the hotel. + Easy public Transport to go to Amsterdam Center. + Close to the airport. + Queen sized bed, and one single sized bed, which is very handy, room can fit 3 people. + Very high hygiene level and standard.

Accommodating staff. Simple hotel but covered all our needs. Clean and near airport and bus stop. Free shuttle bus to and from airport.

The staff were very helpful. Check out Express. Very close to the airport. It is a simple and practical hotel with the elementary for a short stay before a flight.

Positive is the price, low compared to the average. Good value for money.

Great inexpensive option, located 10 minutes drive from the airport. The last shuttle from the airport leaves at 1.32 nights. Look for bus 999.

I used to be there. You have to get everything from the vending machine now. If you only need a bed to sleep, it's enough.

Very comfortable hotel close to the airport. That's why it is perfect for 1-night staying. Clean small rooms has everything you may need. Stuff is also very pleasant.

For the low price The hotel was really OK. To sleep there once, it is ideal and you can quickly get to Amsterdam city by bus.

Check in and check out was smooth. Airport shuttle service was very useful. Very small rooms for the rate. May be I booked on wrong season but still felt rate was on higher side.

Small, noisy, spartan, old rooms. No socket next to the bed, hard mattress, no luggage rack, extremely small toilet. There was soap, hair shampoo, a plastic mug and a large towel with a peculiar smell.
Very thin walls, you hear footsteps, people talk…
Also the lobby was not clean and is extremely spartan.
I can't recommend it to anyone.

Really useful hotel close to Amsterdam Airport. There's a free shuttle bus (go to the hotel buses stop outside Arrivals). This is budget, not luxury but is good value, very convenient, beds ok — I've stayed before & sure I'll stay again! No restaurant for dinner but you can walk to the Ibis on the same site where there are a number of options. The Ibis Budget do serve breakfast however. There are no kettles in rooms, but a there is a coffee machine in the lobby.

New Year 2018. Average Hotel but not to be underestimated. I love the ibises. Given the proximity as the air line with Schiphol Airport The outdoor environment is very noisy. On the contrary in the rooms which are well soundproofed. Friendly staff.

Small rooms. Early check-in still plus 15 euros. Near bus stop. Jump on the 397 bus and it will take you to the Van Gogh Museum.

The hotel is near to airport having good bus facility. Though its little far from city center. But, there is a nearby bus stop to hotel. It has got a good views. MacDonald restaurant is at the walkable distance nearby bus stop. We loved it.

The room is small, comfy and good. You get what you pay for. The shuttle service was perfect since they had buses which made it easier for bigger crowd to transport. There is a bus station right in front of the hotel. It take 20-25 mins to the City Center from there. I would definitely go there if I am looking for a cheaper accommodation.

This hotel is for a comfortable overnight stay at the airport. A huge plus is a free airport shuttle. Buses run from 4 to 30 to 1 night. The rooms are small and the shower opens directly to the room but clean and everything works properly.

Away from the center you will have a room without bathroom Bathroom the shower and the sink will be done to your bed. Do not open the window the place is pepted with mosquito an ear clip was on the top bed.
€17! Parking lot! From 3:00 a. M. To 10:30 a. M. €17! A real scam on the site indicated €68 the room + fees of RESA 72, 90 one has to pay €74 + €17 parking. In short frankly a real scam.

This hotel is fine for 1 night if you don't need to go into the city and are just going back to the airport, it's too far from the city centre but extremely close to the airport. The room is TINY and more like a private hostel room. But it was clean, and fine for a couple of hours sleep. The hallways need cleaning, and there are zero food options nearby so make sure to eat at the train station or airport or anywhere you are arriving from. The shuttle to and from the airport was good and I easily arrived in time for a 7am flight.

I stayed here for 1 night on my most recent trip to Amsterdam because it was a last minute trip and most places were booked. I chose this place because it was one of the most inexpensive options, however, it was not really worth it. The room itself was TINY, even with the expectation that I was only there for 1 night. The free bus shuttle to the airport was convenient, but still took nearly 1.5 hours to get from the hotel to the city center. This place is cheap but really basic, and too far from anything to be worth staying at.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ibis-budget. Great/cozy rooms, nice beds for what the price is. Would recommend and probably will come again. The food at lunch was also very good! The people working there were also very nice. They offer a Wi-Fi-upgrade, but the original Wi-Fi is so fast/good that it's barely needed. Very happy they didn't limit it in one way or another. One lady was a little less motivated/nice but everyone else was perfect. (:

It's just perfect for a family. Clean, nice, not too expensive and especially I received a great service from the guy working at reception night shift. My son accidentaly made a little mess but they've been understanding and very kind. Great experience. Staff is just very nice and professional. Thank you.

We had everything we needed, the room was a good size for two adults, one child, and one infant. The room was really clean. There was a great selection of TV channels. Great value for a stay near the airport, there is really no need to pay more for a hotel near the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I have stayed in different Ibis hotels in the past and have been very satisfied. However, my stay at Ibis budget Amsterdam airport has been different. The room was very small and it was not as clean and pristine as other Ibis hotels I have been to. The shower, toilet room, and hallway smelled. Despite this, bed was comfortable and staff was friendly. I did take advantage of the airport shuttle which was definitely a plus. Bottom line, I could stay again in this hotel if my flight gets cancelled but would recommend other hotels in the area instead of this one.

When I booked, the website made it look as if the hotel was a pretty decent place for a night. When we got inside the room you felt as if you just wanted to sleep fully clothed. There was a dirty towel in the shower on the floor. Change (money) on the bed. It felt as if we got a room that was not cleaned before we got there. Anyhow. There is another hotel across the street from IBIS as well for €7 euros more.

We planned staying 3 nights After a Campingtrip. 4 hours in, we prefered to go Camping again and canceled our reservation for Day 2&3. That speaks for itself, doesn't it?

Committee on budget and finance, but very comfortable. Car rental here greencar. Free (and most importantly, regular and accurate) shuttle service to the airport and back.

Good and cheap, friendly staff, good parking facilities, good bus connection to the City line 197 and night N97 stops in all important places, €25 a costs worry free ticket for bus, train, tram, Metro and above quick bus 3 days.

Little annoying that the prices fluctuate so much. Not bad for the price at all, although breakfast wasn't really worth the extra cost.

I was there one night and it was the worst night in my live. When I woke up I saw some insects — bad bugs — horrible. On the beginning I thought that I just saw it, unfortunately this bugs bite me and I have scars until today. General conditions this hotel wasn't good. Only Staff were nice. I don't recommend it.

Clean hotel but a walk across the car park and €10 more would have made for a far superior stay. Only needed a bed for the night whilst on business but not my cup of tea.

Although I was hosted by only one night I think that the relation cost benefit this very well, the first benefit, for my was one of the most important, was the free transport from and to the airport almost 24hrs day. The hotel is very well located; I could go by bus with ease from there to the center of the city. The room was in perfect condition: TV, hot water, towels, heating, double bed, etc. The front desk staff was very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Excellent service the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me especially the two ladies that work the night shift and Melvin for the morning shift. They were absolutely lovely and did above and beyond any other staff I've ever had in the past. The hotel was also very lovely for the price.

“Good value for the money spent” If you wand a good value hotel in Amsterdam it's the best choice. Best price I've found for week-end nights, cheap breakfast. Free shuttle to and from airport. Recommend the hotel itself and the chain in general. Also, they have shuttle bus to the airport, very convenient…

Functional and practical when you have a flight early.

Ideal hotel to spend a couple of days as much, or having to spend the night at the airport. Friendly people, clean and comfortable.
To the not having blinds (typical of countries more southern) is strained much light of the outside so if are fussy in this, bring you a mask or something. There is also no gel or shampoo, notice that you bring.
The breakfast good and the people friendly. I highly recommend it.

Much too laud place for me, with large groups of visitors. Location far from everything. Quite good restaurants inside a hotel. Terrible breakfasts.
