Location is good, about 20-30mins walk from centre and red light district. The staff were really nice and helpful, definitely a good budget hotel in Amsterdam.

Clean and organized convenient from the center. Unfortunately Some rooms are really too small.

Central neighborhood, great to visit the city. Unfortunately you can't say the same about the rooms and especially the Wifi service. Rooms provided but very small.

Very basic, and if like myself, you're lucky enough to be allocated a top floor room, rock climbing NVQs would be an advantage! Rooms are small, but clean. A slight issus with the plumbing, toilets can smell a little. Shower is nice and hot with no lack of power. Staff are really friendly and warm.

Without doubt the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in.

Good place for groups.
The small rooms do not have the bathroom integrated into the room (you have to go out into the hallway), yet each bathroom is exclusive to each room.
Very narrow staircases.
Two entrances (reception door and night door from the 23hrs) can be requested several cards of access free, in case of loss it is necessary to pay €10.
Excellent Wi-Fi signal.
Pretty good location, the neighborhood is quiet, there is a cafeteria a few meters to have breakfast quietly.
A 10-minute walk from the center, 2-3 by bike.
Supermarket very close to meet the basic necessities.
Very good service on the part of the owners.
Overall if you plan to stay out of the hotel for a long time but you like to have a good place to rest after a day of sightseeing, the hotel meets all your needs.

Quality price really OK the room was clean C was quiet, well slept super warm home.

The room was smaller than expected and I was hoping there"d be a bar — — possibly unreasonable expectations given the very reasonable price.

We stated in the hotel for one night, the room was very basic it had four single beds and a private shower I shared it with my family, I had no problems with the hotel room it was above what we expected, the staff where fantastic and helpful, the hotel was in a great location with the Heineken brewery just around the corner and great location for the tram into the centre of Amsterdam which was only 3/5 mins away via the tram. They was also a supermarket and foid places close by. I would deffently stay again and plan to in the future.

The location was great, near the Heineken Experience and only a short walk from the Van Goug museum. The Concierge was very friendly and informative, he even carried our luggage up the stairs to our rooms on the third floor. The only issue we had was with the spotty Wi-Fi connection.

DO NOT STAY HERE We had rodents in the room we stayed in, which crawled on the beds and into our bags. The staff blamed us for 'eating food in the room'. As the hotel has no breakfast option, surely this would be a necessity? They don't reply to emails, make it extremely difficult to get in touch over problems and blame their customers for having rodents crawling on the beds. Worst customer service of any hotel I've stayed in.

Small inside. Staff are friendly but also lack common duty of care. You get what you pay for. Good location, with a below average level of service. Great for a one night stay.

Even though I knew that the room would be very small like most hotels in Amsterdam, I was positively surprised by the hospitality of the hotel owner, the perfectly clean standards and the great location for the price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to go to Amsterdam!

The Hotel is a really good tip for all of you who are looking for just a bed, after defeat in Amsterdam the night around the ears. The Hotel staff was always friendly and also very tolerant of our chaotic force. At any time gladly again!

For a budget hotel it did the job for us. Somewhere to get your head down after the joys of Amsterdam. Location is decent, 30 minutes from the central station on foot or 25 euro in a taxi. Really friendly guy on reception who will answer any questions.

Expensive place not compliant. Electricity to redo. The booking images are fake. Three floors we can get more breathing. … The garden terrace does not exist. Old rooms antique furniture… Rusty Bath bin. Ground blade are peeling off. Sink cracked. 2 wall sconces no electricity. Mini towels. When the free toiletries are those of the previous ones. No dressing room. No luggage. All for 160 euros a night. I don't recommend it.

Great location that allows you to easily reach the museums and also the center with a walk of 20 min. Small rooms, old and poorly furnished although clean. There is no bathroom in the room although it is written on booking but only the shower. Breakfast poor. Bad value for money.

We were received very nice. Clean room and clean bathroom. The location is ideal, very centrally located, with quick tram connections and you can reach the sights on foot. Breakfast is very good. Price-performance ratio is right. We like to come again next year! Also very nice that you can at the exclusive corners of his Luggage still in the Hotel. Many thanks again for this!
