Excellent hotel in Amsterdam good care.

Terribly slow service stay here every second night for the last 8 weeks and every night I’ve been given a minimum of 3 different rooms as they have either not been cleaned or already have people in them a shambles stay clear.

Reception staff was ok, very helpful, but the housekeeping, in our room at least, was very poor. Dust everywhere, pillow case dirty, bathroom walls full with toothpaste.

The personnels are very courteous and kind.

Staff excellent hotel very clean, short tram to the city and very quiet at night, guy who checked us in was ace (had English family) would recommend ❣️

The manger of hotel sherif is nice person. He so friendly and humor. I like him.

The place is disgusting, there is no coordinating people. I'm still waiting for me to solve the problem of conditioned air. Gentlemen must solve the problem now. I do not understand, the people who stay here tolerate so much. It is an abuse and lack of respect to have an air conditioner turned off in these temperatures that has been in Amsterdam.

Really nice stay and nice rooms, even if they were on the small side (coming from USA). Staff was friendly and helped our large group efficiently. Would stay here again and would recommend for other tour groups.

Economic and well located the sticks esque is not well managed for Spanish-speaking. You see yourself caught in the information for that language. For the rest is advisable, even have bikes for rent.

The room is very small, but has almost everything you need. It is not as clean as one would like it, but for a 2 star hotel is it pretty good. The location is right next to a train station, so you arr pretty fast in the older city parts. The breakfast has a small variety: 3 sorts of bread, chesse and sausages, 3 sorts of cold drinks, jam. In the reception room you have computers you can use for free for 15 minutes. There are also snacks and drinks for a relatively small price.

Room was small but nice and clean. Forgot our toothbrushes and reception had toothbrush and toothpaste sets for us free of charge. Parking was £10 per night but we left the car there after checkout and went to explore no extra charge. All staff were friendly and helpful. Lucy's kitchen next door was also a good choice for dinner recommended by the receptionist.

Fair price quality ratio for this Ibis hotel. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean and towels are changed daily. Also, good breakfast for 7.5 € per day. On the downside, the hotel is 14 stations from city center — about 30 min trip by tram or metro which stop 5 min from the hotel. Rooms are rather small and the walls are a bit dirty. Bathrooms have no hair dryer. Although you are encouraged to ask the reception for one, it happens many times that none is available, which was very uncomfortable for us, especially as we spent some rainy days in Amsterdam.

Modern and minimalist hotel, easily reachable from the centre of Amsterdam. On the back is the subway and tram stop that allow you to reach the centre in just 20 minutes. Wi-Fi and free Internet point and TV in all languages. Great for short stays, since there is no closet in the room. Modern bathroom with very large shower. The electronic key for the rooms is a gem. Very nice staff. Recommended.

It was clean and quiet, and the staff were helpful. We slept well here. There is an additional charge for breakfast, which is a buffet with a nice variety. There aren't many other options for food in the neighborhood. It's just a block from the tram/metro station. We found it very convenient for getting into Amsterdam.

The hotel is worth the price, the rooms are clean, the minimum of accessories, the hair dryer can only be taken at the front desk. The rooms are very small, but you can adjust the temperature in the room to warm enough, which is very pleasant after a walk through the winter Amsterdam. The breakfast was very good. Removed from the center, but the tram stop is around the corner of the hotel, so problems to get at any time to the center and back there. Ticket for a day 7. €5 for an unlimited number of trips.

Exactly what you need for a short break. Cheap, clean, comfy, some cool bonuses and friendly staff. Perfect for twenty somethings.

Price-performance Very good! The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. To the nearest museum approx. 15 minutes and to the central Station about 30 minutes by train.

Location is great, lacking a small wardrobe and a trash bin in the room itself. The service is great, the staff very friendly and the rooms clean. The breakfast room is unfortunately too small for many people.

Super Well furnished if you don't want to be dirckt in town. Only the food leaves to be desired I recommend to go eating out:)

This was the first time I visited Amsterdam and the hotel was one of my favourite parts. Although it was a budget hotel and slightly far from the centre, about 20 minutes or so. It still offered nice cosy rooms with a huge games room including a pin ball machine, bean bags, table tennis and arcade racing and shooting machines. The staff were lovely and friendly and the breakfast they served was filling and tasty. There aren’t many shops located around aside from a petrol station near the tram stop.

Nice structure. Cozy and rooms with nice view: they are not very large but a nice use of space in the Mo ' of Ikea. Everything is clean and there are also food & beverage machines in the lobby. Perfect I would say.

Beautiful… A little bit away from the center but worth it, with the tram in 25 minutes you get to everywhere. The room was very clean and comfortable.

A state-of-the-art hotel with basic services, very friendly and friendly staff able to make themselves understood despite not speaking English at all. Easily reachable the center (in less than 10 minutes) and many other destinations from the hotel because there is a tram stop nearby and, if I remember correctly, also of Metro. Nice I highly recommend it and hope to return to Amsterdam.

No kettle or hairdryer in room. Small room. Hairdryer available for €20 deposit. Hot water costs 50c so we bought a kettle in the city. No toilet brush. Breakfast (€7.50) was nice but only cold meats, cheese and joghurt. No bacon, mushrooms or scrambled eggs to be seen. Friendly staff and clean room. New towels everyday. Overall an average experience for an average price.

The room was very good and the staff were very friendly. A bit far from the center but well connected with trams. Good price option if you can't stay in the centre of Amsterdam.

Clean and friendly. If you just need a bed and a bathroom. This is the place. 2 min away from from metro station. There is late night bus drives by but we ended up waiting long time. The bus 754. Aha and the reception knows the city very well. We didn't mind the 20-25 min ride to city so its recommended.

Nice place for a short holiday. I stay for a couple of night, and the hotel is very comfortable, despite the little room that the hotel is reserved for me. Price ha been good, I could say mid-low range. For 2 night, 2 persons, 112€. The hotel is about half an hour from the central station, in the south zone of the city. Recommended indeed.

The hotel is modern, is about half an hour or so from the centre of Amsterdam by tram or by Metro, friendly staff and nice rooms. It lacks having hairdryer in the room and some other small detail but very good.

Awesome place. Always stay at Ibis budget because it is affordable and it is always good quality. Breakfast was good. Location just a minute walk from Kronenberg tram and metro stop 15-20mins into the heart of the city. Rooms good quality and clean. Simple but perfect for a visit to Amsterdam. Recommend!

My jewellery was stolen and the staff did absolutely nothing except recommend me to go to the police station. The officer who received us found this aberrant as the hotel staff should have made a report and I have no return to date. Thief staff and managers who support thieves in their incompetent team will not return. I strongly advise edcy the guest is not respected and the hotel is far from the city center short do not go there!

New, clean, quiet and soundproof. There is all the indispensable, certainly does not have the services of a 4 star, but the value for money is 10!

Modern Hotel, close to metro and tram to go to the centre of Amsterdam.
In the hotel area there are no restaurants nearby.
The reception hall is spacious, has a beverage area, coffee machine, microwave, PC's and free slogans.
The room and bathroom were very clean.
I would recommend this hotel despite being somewhat ' retired ' from the center.

This hotel exceeds our expectations for a budget hotel. Amenities you need provided. Though it is not located at the center there is a tram 2 minutes away that will take you to the city centre. If you want a quiet place this is the recommended hotel.

Simple hotel that offers everything you need for a city trip.
The rooms are functional and clean and very good for the price.
The tram or metro can be reached in less than five minutes on foot, from there it is about 15-20 minutes to the Albert Cuyp market or 25-30 minutes to the train station.
The hotel offers free parking.
The reception seems to be busy all night and you can drink a beer or wine (from the glass or plastic cups) at four o'clock in the morning in the lobby.

Really nice hotel with outstanding common areas. We got a 3-bed room and found it very nice for the price. The hotel is far from the city center but the public transport is great. Only problem for me is that there was no lock on the bathroom.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Very friendly Staff. I have been a few days (only overnight) to visit Amsterdam. The metro station (5 or 51) is very close and you reach the centre in 20 minutes.

Visually the hotel is very nice and the staff is friendly. Our room is clean and nice to look at, however I would like a hand soap and a small extra towel.

Rooms are OK and clean. Breakfast is sufficient. Location is OK, about 30 minutes to the center. Beds are unfortunately not so comfortable.

Wow "budget"-double 100 euro per night. As part of the car trip tried to stay in the hotels ibis budget, as there has always been an optimal price/quality ratio at a price of 30-45 euros per night. But in Amsterdam the prices are clearly back. The rooms were small and clean.

Overall very good but we stole a charger and 2 good sunglasses, it seems a joke.

Budget hotel for premium hotel prices. The budget seems to be for them and not for you as every possible avenue of cheapness has been taken. Pros: The parking is free. Cons: They advertise one price and then jack it up upon arrival. You can't open the windows in your room. No table or seat in the room. Very far from the city. No shampoo or conditioner provided, just one little "does it all" bottle for handsoap, body, and hair. They provide plastic disposable drinking cups instead of glass because they hate the environment. They charge you for hot water. They don't provide anything for you (no chargers etc). The mattress in a double room is two singles pushed together with separate blankets. Staff seem to acknowledge what a sham of a hotel it is because when I asked about the windows or the water they just kind of shrugged and even said "What do you expect"… I found a room the next night at a hotel right downtown for the same price that was overlooking the canal and provided everything you could possibly need including stellar customer service, beautifully decorated rooms, complimentary tea/coffee, and on and on and on. If you're looking for a nice place to stay in Amsterdam and an enjoyable experience I highly doubt you will find it here. Please save yourself and look elsewhere.

Clean and modern rooms. Easy access to public transport. Rooms very small and only equipped with the essentials. No wardrobe, safe, fridge or similar. For entertaining stays absolutely fine.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. Room was small and cozy, perfect for a quick one night visit. Would probably be nicer to stay longer if I wasn't the one sleeping on the pull out bed. Location was very conveniently close to a train and also walking distance from a bar and a coffee shop. (~20mins. )

Nice and clean with perfect location. Bus station with line to the airport. Metro station is also nearby. As budget hotel is bit too expensive and breakfast is not so rich. I missed toilet brush in the room. But generally it is one of the best hotels I visited here in Amsterdam.

Beautiful hotel near the Metro Lo Q left you in 5 min in the center of Amsterdam. Excellent service and not a decent price.

The rooms are well updated and comfy for solo travellers who require somewhere cheap and convenient to the city.

Good location by the metro. Reasonable prices. Rooms are larger than expected. Service was friendly and helpful. Fun game room on the ground floor.

A modern hotel. Room has window with views. Nice view. It has vending machines with drinks and snacks that available 24hr. As well as microwaves to reheat your food. It has laundry service in the basement, however a bit pricey for me. 5€ for the washer and 4€ for the dryer. They provide bicycle renting, but better to prebook yours. Very close to the train stop. You also can enjoy drinks/lunch or dinner at the rooftop terrace restaurant next to it. Cleaning and housekeeping could be improved.

Very accommodating let us check in super early. Room was clean and loads of space. Very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Ticks all the boxes. Will be back.

New, really modern, clean and new hotel, room was large and very comfortable and we had a nice big bathroom with a great shower. Location was on tram and metro lines, so could be in downtown Amsterdam in 25 minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely wonderful stay… The room is a room to sleep in but when I comes to service it was absolutely awesome… In my opinion service is everything and all staff members I spoke to or dealt with went above and beyond to help, even going as far as making a cup of coffee for me because the machine was not dispensing decaf coffee. Definitely 5 star service for a budget price.

Nice hotel in a quiet green residential area in the South of Amsterdam. With metro and tram. The rooms are very small. To the center we once walked in.

A good value. Probably the least expensive hotel I've ever stayed in in Amsterdam. Spartan but clean. Free parking which in Amsterdam is a big deal and a two minute walk to the metro and tram which takes you by all the major sites.

Rooms are a bit small but definitely worth the price. Breakfast is hot and tasty. Employees are nice and friendly.

Pretty impressive for a budget hotel. Staff very friendly and attentive, location ideal for us who enjoy tram or metro ride. 2 minute walk from station but may be a bit out of town for some.

Room: Ok. No phone, no closet and no Safe (! ), therefore the minus. But it is clean, new and quite modern — we also had beautiful views. Staff: All super friendly and helpful. Links: One is with the Metro (no. 51) in about half an hour at the Central station of Amsterdam. The metro maps are available at the front Desk of the hotel. You come to some tourist attractions with the Metro no 5, however, drives it for longer. Breakfast: The Breakfast was not included, but for 7, 50€ p. P. At the front Desk for each day can be replenished. The Breakfast area is quite small and the offer is quite limited. Overall, slightly below average — the highest concern and quantitatively. Price: The Hotel is for Breakfast was pretty cheap, so plus point for that purpose. Price-to-performance ratio is right here. There are still only three stars.

Location via connected Transport. Rooms simple and functional. Messy weddings at Breakfast around 9 am.

Zwechmäßig. The rooms are clean. For the price it was ok. The centre is 20min by Public accessible. The Breakfast was unfortunately crowded. The selection was for 7, 5 € fine.

Clean, new style nest rooms. Personal friendly Breakfast is delicious. If you want to use public transportation buy a daily card from reception. Easy connection to the city center.

For a weeks trip to be more than sufficient. Clean and modern rooms. For 3 people the rooms are not huge but still enough. Breakfast buffet could be bigger, always plenty of crowds.

In contrast to other Accor Hotels (Ibis, Ibis Budget, Mercure, Novotel, …) are allowed to stay here, no dogs, what has me amazed and disappointed. I never had problems with my dog in a Hotel and will not visit this Hotel now. Otherwise the Hotel is OK according to the price location.

House cleaning is not carried out at all. Even the trash from the room shall be made daily.

I do not taste sooo basic, they seem to wineries, dining without comidss. Only pizza, no phone in the room, cold without heating. It is a 2-star hotel and my contract of the tour is 4 or one similar to it I feel cheated. Everything is paid for first before using.

Good location to get to Amsterdam city centre and airport by public transport. Quiet despite being on air route to airport a few kilometers. Advisable for a bite and escape of 2-3 days for lack of suitable closet or similar (only 3-4 hangs clothes in sight) and bathroom not fully equipped and water not very hot). Too bad you can not even close windows; Air conditioning a bit noisy and aerators that give on the beds.
At the reception always long rows at every hour; To have an extra pillow: before it was not possible then after 2 days found in the room.

With only 30 minutes to the center of the city by train it is very well located. It is easily to reach by car and has his own parking lot. It has a very young and fancy style. The rooms were very clean and have been cleaned every day. The service personal was very friendly and helpful during my visit. Breakfast is available for 7, 50 €, but I bought my own stuff at the supermarket. I would recommend this IBIS budget hotel.

There is no desk, no water or water 壸, no extra pillows available, and the location is remote from the city centre. No room is required to provide disabled equipment. The only benefit is renovation. Not worth the price of the spill shop.

It is a very nice hotel on the outside and inside. The rooms are not very big but they are not at all small. The food is not all that good but it's not bad. Has a good games room, quite full. In general it is pretty good.

Had four nights in Amsterdam and stayed there giving in mind all the crazy price hotels in Amsterdam city, this one is a great option with less price. Although it's far form the city center but tram/metro station is just close by (always use the tram for easiness! ). very clean, colorful, good rooms, helpful staff, nice view, good air-conditioning system and more. so you should but in mind to stay the whole day outside because it would be a waste of time going back to hotel and go out again. loved this experience though!

Good option to stay for reasonable cost. Without a car you can be a little boring to move there because it is away from the centre of Amsterdam.
