The hotel is modern with a beautiful ambience.
The rooms are large and we had a room on the 7 floor with magnificent views.
The spa did not allow any wishes unfulfilled and the staff were friendly and anxious. The breakfast was also very good and varied except for the typical Dutch rolls.
In 10min you are walking in the city centre with nice little shops and great gastronomy.
Conclusion… We'll be back.

We are hotel guests and get a 50% discount for staying at the spa. But I bought extra vouchers and didn’t know that. These vouchers included 50% discount too. So I thought that I bought this vouchers for nothing. Fortunately they did understand this and we have to pay nothing. I was so glad for understanding that I made some reservations like a facial, massage etc. Can’t wait for being there, it’s not the first time btw. Unfortunately there were two older men, regular clients, who weren’t so respectful to talk about me at the spa. It’s because of my deafness that maybe I’m talking too loud outside in the swimmingpool. My husband told them I’m deaf and that they have to talk at me not about me. A very normal reaction. They told me my husband acted very aggressive. Fortunately we will never meet them again.

Super spa, gym, clean. The rooms take getting used to. Toilet and shower have a shared sliding door. If the shower is used, the toilet is open and vice versa. Calcium deposits everywhere. Rooms are very light hearing. You can hear voices and the smallest sounds from all the side rooms. The restaurant is very expensive and offers only small portions. The Barman has no idea how to make cocktails. Mai Tai and Caipirinha prepared without alcohol or any cheat available alcohol. Improved.

The hotel is very nice our room is very pleasant with a beautiful big bed. Dad Bad has a rain shower and a normal shower television can also be done right by the bed. The breakfast is also very tasty it includes a lot of what you want so you can choose the drinks, rolls, cereal, spread etc. Is really very good here certainly everyone gets their money's worth. The service is very nice and for us is also communicated in English or German so you can also entertain yourself well. The hotel also has a pleasant location very quickly walking into the city centre and also directly in 500m ost A Lidl if you want to buy something fast. In large and whole, the hotel is recommended at all's time.

Positive things first. Nice Breakfast and a nice looking Room. Now the negative things. You have to pay for all kind of Wellness they offer even if you're a hotelguest. 6 days of the week its only if you go naked which is pretty retared in my opinion. 1 day during the week swimwear is allowed. You've to pay extra for bowling too. Many streets are close where you can park for free. The Room was not that clean. No more City Resort for us. Sorry.

Hotel with spa in its premises. The hotel is modern and the rooms also. Spacious and very bright. The spa is not very big, but is equipped with several saunas and swimming pools. It has sessions of floating and opgieting, although they are not the best. It has a rest room is striking in its architecture. Hotel recommended for a weekend in Helmond.

Parking fees is nonsense we were there four days and in the four days at exit the barrier was up, so always drive in and drive out without paying.
Room without fridge, and closet, and is not clean at all, the hotel is also very insecure. A coffee machine for 200 guest man must be queued.

Ive stayed here twice now, and both times incorrect resteraunt charges have ended on my bill. the menu in the resteraunt is totally un-inspiring, and service I sloooooow. rooms are nice!

The facilities were nice and convenient. There was no changing table in the restrooms, which was strange and very inconvenient. The restaurant was good, though the serving size was on the small side. Service was mostly friendly and helpful and quick.

Very good hotel (city resort) and very good and great spa. Lots type of sauna, pool and hydromassage.

Rooms are ok. They are clean, reasonable sized and modern furniture and design. Unfortunately, the airconditioning is below standard. At first, the temperature control unit could not be set below 23 degrees celcius. After checking with the front office, the temperature could be set as low as 16 degrees, but the room was still way to hot, felt like 25 degrees. I could not get a good night rest. Breakfast is good, space to sit outside is very nice. Can become a bit crowded at peak times.

Restaurant en terras bezocht. Aardige bediening, eten was prima, alleen merkte we ook bij andere gasten dat het personeel wat vergeetachtig kan zijn.

Overall good visit. Cleaners can do a better job, some spider webs here and there and they have a hard time reaching the shower head because it is too high for them. Also no normal coffee available on second day, only decaf as they forgot to order it. Views are great though and the personnel is friendly. Wellness is very nice and clean. Gym area is somewhat small, but it has everything. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Het is een leuk gebouw en erg mooi ingericht. Het personeel is er erg gastvrij.

It was so relaxing. Really recommended to go here. Nice hotel. The spa is great. Everything looks nice.

Het gebouw is mooi groot en er zijn veel activiteiten waar uit kan gekozen worden.

Very little preparation, food wasn't ready at the start (it's a walking buffet) and not enough staff was present resulting in food shortages. I didn't like the food but in all fairness I'm not a huge fan of BBQ.
