Very disappointing.
My husband had booked for me a package with 2 nights with stay in Efteling, safari park and 3-course dinner for birthday. Unfortunately, despite the punctual check-in, it was not possible to use the wellness area on either day, because a time window has to be reserved for this due to Coronacor fonts, of which unfortunately none was free. Very disappointing because we had chosen this hotel especially because of the wellness area. I would have liked this to be pointed out at the time of booking. So we could have booked in time from home.

Stay here quite a lot for work, brilliant rooms, great staff, the food is fantastic.

The room was not very clean but the staff solved the problem.

Large hotel in peaceful setting, even though close to major road. Large helpings for dinner made the restaurant good value.

An excellent Hotel, comfortable, nice restaurant with a great terrace, good bar, comfy rooms and really helpful friendly staff. If you drive an electric car the hotel has about six chargers to hand. They also have an indoor pool and gym but I didn't get to use them. Thoroughly recommend.

Stayed here for two nights. I can't fault the food, service and staff in any way. The only star lost is for a slightly tired room in the superior wing. The toilet was stained, the sink didn't drain well, and the edges of some of the furniture were worn through to the chipboard under the veneer. We enjoyed the very warm main pool (about 30° C! ) the restaurant, which has a huge selection of dishes, and the ample car parking. 3 Tesla destination 3 Phase chargers plus 2x 7KW standard type 2 units for electric vehicles.

Very nice hotel, clean, large and luxurious rooms. Breakfast The staff are very friendly and helpful. The spa, Toucan Health Club, is superb and very relaxing. The facilities are great and the temperature of the pools is perfect. The hotel is located 10 minutes from Breda, very easily accessible. A casino is also located in the hotel.

Chosen for its direct connection to the highway and expressways. Clean and tidy but only suitable for transit.

We zijn geweest voor het kerstdiner. Lopend buffet was goed verzorgd en genoeg keuze voor iedereen. Het eten zelf past niet perfect bij presentatie. Sommige stukken vlees te lang gebakken waardoor smaak te droog was en anderen van teveel saus voorzien waardoor de nadruk teveel daarop lag. Zoals gezegd de presentatie van alles was wel top. Wel genoten van alles allen kwam prijs ook niet overeen met kwaliteit eten.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Unfortunately, the reservations do not always work but there was always a solution. The food is highly recommended.
The rooms are clean and tidy. Unfortunately, during my last visit the room was badly cooled and was also up to the departure not really warm, which was very annoying since it is uncomfortable when you are in the room still working. The spacious shower is equipped with a hand shower and a rain forest shower has a large mirror and is sufficiently dkmensioniert. Only the lighting could be a little better. The bed is pleasant only a proper bedside table I miss, for that there is a niche above the head area.
A small desk is sufficient to work with the notebook, but not suitable for making great notes or similar.
The prices for the retransmission of forgotten items are outrageously high.

I never have a bad thing to say about this Hotel. The rooms are as you would expect for the price and the food is excellent. The staff are always helpful and try their best to help even when English isn't their 1st language and I don't really know what I want.

I've been to van der valk at least 4 times in work related events. I like this place, rooms are neat and luxurious, recently priced, and restaurant has good food. Restaurant waiters seems to struggle with English many times. Menu somewhat pale, only side dish seems to be fries.

For a few days North Brabant This is a perfect hotel. The location between Breda and Tilburg invites you to go cycling, hiking and sightseeing. The food in the hotel's restaurant is very good, the breakfast excellent and in the pool with limited opening times you can relax very well from the day program. Bicycles are available for rent and bicycles can also be rented in the closed Fietsenstalling. It is advisable to reserve a table in advance if you want to take advantage of the restaurant. We would love to come back.

My stay here was pleasant overall. The rooms are tidy and comfortable. This, paired with a good restaurant and access to various facilities (including a swimming pool, sauna, and gym), made the stay very enjoyable. However, some things could be improved. Though the restaurant serves very good food, the number of vegetarian options is a fairly small compared to the amount of dishes with meat and/or fish. Another problem is the location. Though the location is perfectly accessible via car, being located close to a major motorway, it is more difficult to get to via public transport. This is especially the case on the weekends, when the closest bus is a fifteen to twenty minute walk away.

Review for those with a disability: we had booked a large deluxe room so my girlfriend could manoeuvre around in her wheelchair. The room was on the far side of the hotel's terrain, in the very last room of a different building than the main one. A regular room would actually be advisable for those in a wheelchair, since the bathroom facilities were more suited for wheelchair in terms of lay-out. Also, the regular rooms are located in the main building, where the public adjusted toilets are. The public adjusted toilets in the main building (again, far removed from our room) were the only option for her, but one was completely useless with the diagonal grab bars attached to the walls on the side of the toilet, which are too far from the toilet for a lot of wheelchair users to properly reach. The other one has adjustable grab bars you can pull up and lower, but the positioning is troublesome. I had to assist to pull up the first grab bar in order for my girlfriend to reach the toilet. Then I had to manoeuvre myself out of the corner, into the wheelchair, drive it out of the room so the door could be closed… Not ideal, and not advisable at all without help for people in a wheelchair. Service, maintenance and breakfast were topnotch, though. Though I have to add that the adjustable grab bars are in need of replacement. Maybe a different lay-out altogether for the adjusted toilets isn't such a bad idea either.

Great hotel with modern, clean and overall good facilities. Bedroom was quite spacefull for a couple and the bathroom was very nice. The room was a bit on the darker side and the system to control the lights aren't as responsive as I would have liked. A few more lightspots for better lighting would be better. Overall service was great, and the food in the restaurant was also very very nice. If you come here take the chicken curry, it's delicious.

Great place to stop for some lunch. Varied menu with great options, from burgers to salads to fried eggs. Frankly, the service leaves a lot to be desired, especially in terms of serving speed but that didn't diminish the experience too greatly. Definitely a place to go, no doubt about it.

Great hotel with beautiful view outside, tasty food and very nice waitresses. Rooms are nice, tidy and comfortable with saunas and jacuzzi baths where you can relax after long day at work while you are on a business trip. I can recommend that hotel to everyone who wants to find a place to stay in for a business trip or private visit.

It was okay. The Hotel itself is chick, the rooms are quite nice, although there were also some signs of wear. The bathroom has extremely smelled musty! In spite of AC, no improvement occurred. There is a shelf for the towels is missing. The next Morning, the people have showered in the room above us and I thought the showers with us, so loud that was. But the worst thing was the Sauna! The. Totally small, dirty Dressing rooms (especially if there are still children's birthdays are celebrated it to the full, even in the swimming pool, which can then be used! ). The sauna cabin is in very poor condition (no wonder, when the guests are sitting with the dirty Slippers on the boards in the Sauna). In the entire area without flip-flops to walk around, I would not recommend. The relaxation area with water damage on the ceiling and in the shower, all full of mold. Conclusion: no, thank you! The Breakfast the next Morning was better, with all the trimmings. Really great. 15 Euro extra p. P. However, is a bit much… all in All, you can take advantage of the Hotel already, for the business traveller's needs, only the sauna area should urgently be changed!

The room is beautiful and very well decorated, however, as a German here, pretty stuck, since no description has been written in English. If you are working as a Professional traveler, you look forward in the evening on TV for a little while, unfortunately, since the Hotel in the age of satellite TV with unfortunately only a German transmitter. The alleged offer, such as Pay-TV is not working. The ladies at the front Desk are not as friendly as they should be.
