A little out of the ordinary … different but very pleasant!

Very nice how you can look at the pigs from the corridor with the hotel rooms. You don't hear or smell anything!
Room very neat and clean, breakfast very well taken care of and very friendly and hospitable owners.
You also have a beautiful view over the corn fields from the terrace at the rear.
A few points could be neater. Must be completed to earn 5 stars.

We were there last Wednesday and our son was bitten by one of the 'cuddly pigs'. Without provocation, the pig ran up to him and grabbed him in the leg. He was left with a deep bite wound that required stitches. The pigs are definitely not pigs that can be cuddled. They are quite restless and grab everything, for example laces and clothing. They do indicate this, but apparently (we now read afterwards) pigs are visually impaired and therefore I don't think they can see what they are biting. They are not fake pigs, but they are certainly not cuddly pigs and certainly not for small children, for whom this farm sets up its playroom.
There is no supervision by anyone from the farm with the pigs and after the biting incident we were helped but were not given any the impression that they were going to take action afterwards. The pig was not immediately looked at and/or, for example, set aside or asked about how and what while there were other people walking around among this pig.
That is why we still want to post this review as a warning. Afterwards we also read that pigs are not suitable for this purpose at all and we also speak to several farmers/animal experts who also indicate that they find it strange that this is offered in this way.
We liked the entire outing, apart from the biting, upon arrival. Disappointing and actually wanted to go home after 10 minutes. It is different than what appears on the website.
