Very clean, brand new accommodation. Very complete kitchen, huge bathroom. Welcoming owner, who has lots of local knowledge. Your own outside space under walnut trees. Near village centre.

The room was very clean. The service was amazing. The host was very friendly. The self service bar was really amazing! They also had plenty of parking space underground for bicycles.

Good value, relaxed and mostly quiet atmossphere. I only wish that the pond would have less algae, so that swimming is more attractive. Perhaps a small portion of it could be cleared up.

Beautiful land, city and hotel! My arrival was easy and uncomplicated with the handed operating instructions by the friendly manager. Check-in through the application was simple.

We stayed at Welsden Dertien many times for family reunions, as family is in the region. This is by far the very best and friendly place I know in the whole region.

The house is looking rustic, and everything smells like wood here, I believe it's handmade.

The room didn't had noise insulation, but since it was towards the courtyard wasn't too big of a problem. Furniture wasn't the best but price/quality was good. Cleaning was also done properly.

I have stayed here on 2 occasions now with my 2 young sons in a triple room when visiting relatives. The owners are helpful and polite, speak excellent English and German and are very accomodating.
