Apart‑Hotels in LimburgCondo Hotel

Very nice little family run hotel. Service is super good. Breakfast is traditional continental and with plenty to choose from. Evening meals are insane for the ease and price.

We stayed here for 1 night and arrived too early, but were able to check in immediately after consultation by telephone.

A weekend in Maastricht in such an apartment: what space, luxury, silence, beauty!

The hotel is located right in front of Valkenburg train station and about a 10 min walk from the city center, which is very practical.

The price — quality ratio is off the charts. I didn't have high expectations for the (cheap) price that I paid. But let me tell you. The room where we stayed (37) was clean, tidy and maintained well.

Stayed 2 nights in May 2025, 2 adults and 2 young children.
The accommodation here exceeded all expectations — so much so, we stayed an extra night.

We love this place! This was our second stay at the Urban Residences and, yet again, it was flawless.
