We had made reservations with cancellation insurance for which we paid 50 euro extra. However, when we cancelled they declined to reimburse, even though it was not the hight of corona yet. First they came up with a lot of false arguments, claiming they were supported in their policies by the government. They changed their policies three times during my correspondance. In the end they said they would pay us back in 12 months… you got to be kidding us… in the mean time they’re spending a lot of money on marketing… I get it that times are tough, but when you pay for cancellation insurance, they should put the money in a third party account so it doesn’t affect their clients.

Great place to stay will be our third trip next year, very helpful when we needed to move dates due to corona virus.

I do not recommend, I absolutely do not recommend people booking at Dormio Resort Maastricht, theft and fraud, they hide behind a 30 day policy, where they advertise apartments with free cancellation. "FREE booking cancellation before … " I did well in advance and 22 days before the date, because I had to give up for my child for health reasons, and still charged me quite a bit. Where I had confirmation of cancellation by email. If they rob you, they hide behind the policy.
And if you have bad reviews that don't even allow you to share it on booking. Com, will block u out. Never like this happen to me.

Beautiful holiday homes, very stylish and in a lovely secluded corner of Maastricht.

Great place to stay when visiting Maastricht, the employees are very helpful, the rooms are clean although there are some bugs due to the lack of insect screens. The beds are quite comfortable and the house is very spacious. You are given a few cleaning supplies which is great if you want to cook. The bathrooms are clean too and towels are supplied as well. If you want to bike to Maastricht it's about 10 minutes however if you want to bike from Maastricht to the resort count on 15 minutes and a lot of sweat since it's mostly uphill… There's even a small garage to store your bike (s) but not much else will fit. All in all it's a very nice place to stay and I would definitely recommend it for a relaxed city trip or just a getaway.

Very nice, clean and idillic park. We stayed in a wellness appartment. Very close to centre of Maastricht. Beautifull Mergelland route.

Lovely place for vacation home. Great for kids and nice new homes. New shops are opening bakery bike rent shop and restaurants. Me and the kids enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend it مكان جميل وممتع للعائله. كاما الخدملت من مخبز ومطعم وتاجير الدراجات انصح به للعائله

Top location, the house that we stayed in was super. Negatives — distance to public transport, no on site shops (as yet) still some building work going on. I would recommend it for a get away.

Great place for short holidays with family-and-friends. Very helpful staff, but the reception closes at 5pm on most days. The cottages are very well designed, and very comfortable, offering luxuries like jacuzzi, sauna, nice terraces, and well equipped for eating take-sways, or even for cooking. Safe for kids to run free. Golf course, sports facilities and good parking for each individual property. … The quality of the Wi-Fi needs a lot of improvement. And finally, together with the reception, the opening hours of the bistro could be extended to cater for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall score: 4.5/5.

On the outskirts of Maastricht, in a stone's reach to the Belgian border lies the architecturally appealing Dormio resort. Built from many small and also larger houses with different designs you can find here its tranquility. The houses do not stand close to dense but have a little space and green around them, so that you do not necessarily look at your neighbor's plate.
We stayed with a large group in one of the largest houses for up to 18 people. The furnishings were above average and they felt more like being in a full-fledged house, because in a cottage. The kitchen was well equipped and lacked anything. The house also had a sauna and a whirlpool. At the house there are four parking spaces, who comes with even more cars, must use the parking lot, about 400m, outside the resort.
The grounds of the resort are well maintained and the staff at the information and check-in are very friendly and accommodating.
At present, however, there is still a lot of construction on the site, especially at the beginning of the same, so that the large parking lot and also some of the access roads are clearly polluted.
Also, the signs to find the facility are more than meager. If you don't have a good navi here, you probably drive around the area. This can be improved.

Nice holiday park. Currently still under construction so missing a few facilities like on-site shop & pool but alternatives are proposed in the neighborhood.

Love it very new and. Clean ❤️ hope to have soap and towel everday with housekeeping more cheap than what they offer. And hope to have more space for kids play ground and kids bicycles …

Great place for family. Service team absolutely amazing. I would come here every weekend. Already booking my next stay here.

Very nice house overall a few points needing attention the electrics cupboard not locked even though there was a lock on door. Very unsafe if you have small children. The panels in the upstairs bedroom not completed again verf unsafe if you have small children there was bare wires hanging from the downstairs wc cieling again no light was bad enough but bare wire all I can say about that is health and safety. the smoke detector in the lounge area still had its plastic cover on again health and safety. You will need a car to get around unless you want to walk for forty five minutes into maastricht please make shure when you order a taxi from reception that it is going to turn up. They dont always do so the reception closes early and your welcome pack is all in Dutch no English version as yet on a plus note very pleasant staff. The food and sevice at the golf club was excellent terry.
