Welcoming boutique hotel with great breakfast. The Pastis is a lovely and welcoming boutique hotel with comfortable beds, a tasteful yesteryear rustic character, interesting layout, good facilities and quality fixtures. Fantastic breakfast served by warm, friendly staff in a comfortable setting — very tasty choices and great range of options for dietary restrictions. Easy to access, just outside city walls, with street parking at reasonable price. If you are a light sleeper who needs total silence you might want to shut the well-glazed windows to avoid hearing a few late night pedestrians making their way home from a night out up the hill. We loved the vine crawling up the front of the building with young bunches of grapes hanging, and we enjoyed the cozy balcony in our room too. The staff really made sure that we were well looked after.

➜ Very cozy small hotel near the center. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is varied and delicious. We're happy to come back.

Nice location, center is 10 min away and the Waldeckpark is great place to walk or run. Rooms are nice, large and clean. Staff is helpful and personable, get the breakfast.
