We stayed at the Hotel SnowWorld to maximise the days skiing on the indoor slopes. The hotel staff were great and the breakfast was excellent. Initial housekeeping issues with our room were promptly dealt with. The rooms let this hotel down. They are poorly designed and the layout is impractical. There is a lot of wasted space. There is no fridge or tea and coffee making facilities.
There is one small lift which is a nightmare at check out time.
SnowWorld is a great indoor skiing centre.

Price down, quality park and slope up.

Superb family short break with plenty of activities.

This is the biggest indoor snow centre in Europe. With a chairlift a drag lift & a features park. It's cold enough to wear your best Oakley goggles … totally CHILL.

Snow dome with several different slopes including a snow park and novice zone. Good value especially if you combine the tickets with an overnight stay. Several nice places to eat. They have a chair lift and buttons. Much bigger than the U. K. Ones I am used to.

Amazing setup and not too busy either. Why can’t we have one of these in the uk? Holland is almost completely flat yet they can build this. Brilliant place.

Great indoor skiing opportunity. They could use more supervision on red piste. Lot of people there, trying to use this piste with not enough or sometimes even no experience at all. Led to some dangerous situations and some collisions caused by people just standing around on middle of the piste on ‘slightly difficult’ part at start.

Afdelingsuitje gehad hier. Zo goed als geen begeleiding, 3 zeer ongeïnteresseerde dames die de leiding hadden en ontzettend saaie spellen die absoluut geen gebruik maakten van de sneeuw. Ik kan niet begrijpen dat we gingen feisbeeen en sumo worstelen terwijl we een skibaan tot onze beschikking hebben.

I'm so torn and not sure how many stars to give. The slopes deserve five stars as they're great. They're a nice length with decent quality snow and loads of lifts including a six man chair lift. It gets pretty cold in there so wrap up. The staff are really friendly and nice. Unfortunately it's let down by the hotel and restaurants. It's a bit of a trek from the hotel rooms to the slopes. The rooms are OK but I wouldn't say they were a four star hotel. The breakfast is certainly not worth €15. The food in general is pretty awful. It's edible but don't expect your taste buds to thank you for it. I would give the hotel three stars and the food 1 star.

We came to make use of the facilities and weren’t disappointed, the snow slope was phenomenal, great for fine-tuning technique and relatively quiet compared to UK slopes. Choice of restaurants and bars, again not crowded, and great high-ropes course and play facilities to keep the kids entertained. Will definitely return, maybe with dog too next time!

Lovely place to refine your snowboarding or skiing skills. You can rent all the gear you need for a resonable price and you are even able to sleep in the hotel. The tracks consist of a small track for children or just to practise yourself, and there are three tracks which you can reach by lift, one medium skilled one, one for the people who want to do some tricks and one advanced track. On top off that there is a nice and cozy place in the middle of the track where you can reheat yourself and grab a beer or some warm chocolate milk.

Second time around, still perfect. Snow perfect all day long. Pristine. Snow Park cool. The bars and restaurants are very welcoming. We love it.

Covered dome allowing for different packages to enjoy the joys of snowboarding and skiing, or even tobogganing for children!
It is possible to rent the equipment and make 4h of gliding for about €50, and the restaurant offers a lot of interesting dishes in terms of value for money on such a site.
All that to say, go ahead, and burst:D.

I was on the ski slope with a couple of friends and it was really fun. The piste is good even if there is a little ice from time to time. From the outside you can also drink something on the terrace. Unfortunately, it is an expensive pastime, but I think the prices are justified.

Very good location delicious food and you can have a lot of fun for big and small only to recommend.

Great place to ski. Very well maintained hotel. Not too busy. Easily accessible. Correct prices. Restaurants very well. Small downside: the reception. Some of the staff are not very friendly with those who do not speak Dutch, too bad.

Wide tracks and without much difficulty. Nice place to spend a nice time with friends or family. Negative Point the price quite high.

The service is very friendly. Service is OK. Food tastes good and is affordable. The atmosphere is a bit hip. Suitable for the whole family.

Snowworld landgraaf is naar mijn mening de beste van de 2 locaties die ze hebben, de Service is goed, ik voel me er welkom en de piste is in goede kwaliteit. Helaas zijn er veel gasten die zich asociaal gedragen (die een gevaar voor zichzelf en anderen zijn, zoals midden op de piste stilstaan hun ski's of snowboard midden op de piste laten liggen boven op een schansen klimmen) en als je ze er op een vriendelijke, respectvolle mannier op aan spreekt kun je in het gunstigste geval een grote mond verwachten. Dus naar de piste dienst, (uitzonderingen daargelaten) maar zij doen er weinig tot niks aan. Maar al met al heb ik het hier altijd naar m'n zin en is het zeker een bezoek waard! Helaas is het niet in de buurt voor mij. Mijn conclusie: negeer de negatieve mensen, en kom zeker eens langs. Het is het waard Groeten mij.

Very good for initial start, + They provide lessons for people with zero experience for a very decent price (10 Euros) + They have equipment, however, if you have some, it is better to bring your own to save some money, and to make sure that you can ski with the size that fits you. + Make sure to follow them online to get more news about online offers. + Polite staff + Parking exists — Parking is paid — All in all, experience was very good, only comment is about the prices, you will end up paying around 100 Euros per person for 1 hour, obviously if you extend it, the payments will be less, but the initial startup budget is around 100 Euros.

It's big enough and I advise to come on Friday night until closing just before the carnival and Easter holidays, there is hardly anyone! That was awesome!

Ski slope in specialisations. Unfortunately not very high quality, both the food and the piste. Staff are not attentive and you can wait up to an hour for your meal. As soon as you speak English you are by the way below and will be stamped as a foreigner and treated as well.

I did not take advantage of the hotel but only ski slopes and restaurant. It is cold so it must be well covered, the prices of the equipments are correct and as regards the restaurant it is really good and cheap.

Super Hall with beautiful, long pistes. Only the cost of the car park is negative compared to the German competition, just like the fact that the cabinets charge a fee, no deposit.

A nice indoor skiing hall. Good place to learn skiing before you go on your skiing vacation. Bring coins for the locker (50ct) and for parking (3€). The chance machines do not work.

Great place for family and friends.

Good location for occasional skiing or training. Good rental gear (ski, snowboard, boots, clothes). However, very slow lifts, you loose a lot of time with that (and freeze in the meantime) and the most annoying thing is that one has to pay every time 50 cents for the lockers in the lockers room (one does not get the coin back after removing the stuff out of the locker — very strange and cheap politics, especially considering the relatively high price of the ski pass).

Very suitable for beginners snow road long and slope small Sunday evening specials 6 to 10 points 19 euro, recommended.

Great indoor snow center. Good open skiing and the snow park was great. Got me jumping higher than before.

Unfortunately I know only here and in Bottrop, in Neuss, but I say among the best ski hall!

Extra and unalienable place. Ski Fan no time to go down in the Alps here C is like doing a karting or a movie, a good day or evening outing.

You should go in the evening or on Sundays, there are offers.
Also suitable for the whole family.
The staff UST really nice. Man also gets everything borrowed, like skis, ski jacket etc.

This is now the 3rd year, that we attend ski lessons for our kids. The trainers are very nice and good with the kids. If you want to prepare your kids for the snow, this is a great place to let the try and learn how to ski or snowboard.

Quite short track. Was there for Burton testing. Run takes not even 2 min down the track. Was there on Friday, not to crowded.

Was great we made our Christmas party there. Food very good. The only thing I did not like was that we were gefercht to eat so together you came very badly out of the ranks to get to the buffet also the chairs were quite uncomfortable. But all in all further recommended.

Great place to learn, perfect or ski/snowboard. I go there regularly and I do not get tired. I really recommend it. The trails are nice and well maintained and, icing on the cake, there is a big chalet in the middle that allows you to drink a small glass of beer or hot chocolate. It's almost like a mountain.

Happy with the facilities, the trails. Very nice Infrastructure.
However, with regard to the personnel who are in charge of the equipment, it is to be revisited! Unsympathetic to die!
Fortunately the staff who is at the reception catch up the shot no matter what language we speak!

We did not stay at the hotel but took advantage of the ski slopes on a Sunday evening. 32, €50 for 4 hours of skiing it's cheap and the slopes are +/— long. The material is good quality and the services of the people on site is very good. The quality of the snow is good but a lot of powdery has some place and the visibility is not very good. The bar in mid-track has a very good atmosphere and the prices are reasonable.

Super long runway. Material is neat. Prices not quite favorable.

Good enough for a few hours of skiing. It's indoors so don't expect anything too exciting. The two main slopes are basically the same, the right one just has more beginners on it. The ski hut in the middle of the descent makes for a nice break in a great apres-ski atmosphere. The slopes are well prepared as well. If you go after 6pm, prices are way lower, especially on sunday evenings. We went on a sunday and it was not too crowded.

Good place to ski with the family. Special offers available at the website with food included (cheese fondue). Clothes and ski equipment available at location for renting. If you don't like to ski, there is a nice bar with drinks and food to wait while the others are waiting. Free Wi-Fi and nice terrace for summer.

A fantastic indoor ski slope with a fun park, slalom course for speed skiing and more gentle slope for perfecting your skills. A good selection of bars and restaurants in the venue offer variety for warming up or chilling out. Hotel rooms are spacious and warm, with a good shower. Would highly recommend to any skiier/snowboarder looking for a good value weekend away.

If you like to ski or snowboard. This is a great place to slide 365 days a year. Even though it is indoors. It is kept at a balmy 23°F/-5°C. All the time. The place is built on a hill side. The terrain is basically green runs. Only the race arena is icy. Otherwise there is no ice where the general public ski. If you have no gear. They will rent you everything, ie: helmet, jacket, ski pants, gloves, goggles, boots, skis/snowboard.

Good descent and complete snowpark. Recommended for a couple of hours, more time can be done monotonously.

Love the slopes, the fact that it has a chairlift is really nice. Unfortunally the condition of the snow was not all that great compared to the other times I was here. Another point of interest were the lockers… most of them were broken so we had to put our stuff in a corner. Other than that we had a lot of fun.

It took a long time to order a drink, but the drinks were good. The bar was cosy.

A brilliant indoor ski slope, with facilities for experienced people and begginers — long run, with both chair lifts and button lifts to the too, rails and slopes available also. Was a bit disappointed for them to be doing work on the slopes while the slopes were in use, which meant parts of the slopes where fenced off awkwardly at the foot of the run but away from this, it is a good slope. Was bit disappointed with vegetarian options with the only option available a pancake or a cheese patty at the restaurant.

Love this place. Huge indoor snow slope. Definitely recommend getting lessons before just going out alone, Skiing and snowboarding lessons are available. Caution to use the right lanes, they are based on skill. One way up the slope is quite hard to use of your using a snowboard but you can use the ski lift which will take long but is alot easier.

Fun place to start skiing or snowboarding for a very reasonable price. Drinks are quite expensive and the food is not that great. Had a great time overall.

The slope is pretty good for an indoor resort. Great place to get my summer snowboarding fix! The food and drinks at the bar were fairly priced as well.

Price a bit expensive but beautiful trails.

Accustomed to the places for some time, the slopes are really great to reproduce the sensations of glide without problems.
At the infrastructure level, there is also everything you need to go up the slopes (chairlift + buttocks) Yes all because it is the largest indoor room in Europe (500 meters of descents).
The prices are democratic (60 euros/pp for the day with equipment and outfit).

Very nice all and all very comfortable.

Has got a little expensive lately but still worth the money and the 6 hour drive. The service is second to none everyone wants to help.
