This park hotel is its 4 star not worth toillette without a sink, far too small wardrobe, no phone (reception is not accessible from the room), small flat screen in a huge uncomfortable room with cheap furniture (supposedly cozy Seating area). No mini bar (at 4-star award duty). Everything is new but very very cheap and above all cold and tasteless equipped. I feel deceived and certainly can't recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful place, will keep coming again and again! Healing thermal water, Delicious food, hotel rooms are spacy and really comfi, everything one would need for a small get away or a longer vacation. There is enough ground for camper cars as well.

Not easy to find the hotel, but good food once you do. The thermal baths themselves are fine, but rather crowded during the day and a bit small. Also, some of the extras, like the Turkish spa, cost extra.

Hotel with appealing rooms! However, the gears could tolerate better design! Everything clean and tidy!

Friendly reception. Very clean and comfortable room. Free Wi-Fi. Extensive breakfast buffet. All booked additional options were available in the room.

All very friendly staff in the whole facility. Plenty of free parking in front of and behind the house the only thing that bothered us and other guests was during dinner at the restaurant de Bron. There were guests with wet hair and only with bathrobe dressed in the restaurant, which was not exactly appetizing.

The Parkhotel bad Arcen is a very quiet hotel located on a Roomport complex. The hotel has been a little bit in the years, which is unfortunately also noticed on the mattresses. However, the rooms are very nice and large. The staff are all very friendly and speak for the most part also German. The hotel also has a spa which can be used free of charge as long as you are a guest. You can also get a bathrobe, a towel and slippers for free. All in all, the hotel is well suited for one to two nights of relaxation.

In combination with the thermal baths highly recommended. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the opening hours of the restaurant were not clearly visible from outside. Unfortunately, the food was not the best either. It has already tasted good but some tastes were a bit getting used to. The salad, for example, was not really dressing. The tomato soup is too much swamped with onions. The breakfast was also OK but need improvement.
The beds were comfortable and all in all, also modern furnishings.

Ruime kamers maar zeer gehorig door weinig demping in de vloer. Basic ingericht, bijvoorbeeld geen extra kussen, maar prima kwaliteit. Afzuiging van het restaurant mag een stuk beter, sochtends kwam de lucht van de warme melk en pannekoeken je in de lift al tegemoet. Ontbijt was verder enorm uitgebreid, warm en vers. Heerlijk gegeten.

I would prefer this Hotel to any overpriced "commerce hotel"! "Hospital Flair, " which many complain, I personally don't think is bad at all! I think it's better rather than everything seems a bit bigger and you don't have the Feeling that everything is so tight. It just seems Neutral and not so "fat-miki, " where everything is fully stored with zb. Flowers, Antiques Furniture ect. Main Thing expensive. Personally, I can relax completely here. I have Peace here, free breakfast, internet in all Areas and also free entry into the Thermal Bath.
The only thing I don't like is the Breakfast room. The Tables are far too close together and the Dishes are also not so high quality but you really must not forget the Price and all the other Advantages.

Clean, neat, beautiful atmosphere. You can go from the hotel with the bathrobe directly to the thermal bath, which is included in the price. The surrounding area is great for hiking. Breakfast is ok, could be better. Food is much more expensive in the restaurants in the area of Germany.

The rooms have hospital flair, cold, cool and pure furnished. The beds slip apart, the corridors seem just as cold. The only advantage, access to the spa and which is quite ok, is for free.

We stayed from 25 December 2017 to 26 December 2017, we had booked through Secret Escapes: I found the stay creepy, I would not give a recommendation here.
1. Getting there-When checking in at the reception we had to wait about 3 minutes, said receptionist, still wrote things on a note.
We had already paid for the stay via Paypal, only open was the ordered "luxury Christmas menu" for €34 per person, which had to be paid immediately upon arrival. One asked directly: "Cash or card. " I then pointed out that drinks would also be added, but they should then be paid for on site in the evening, in the restaurant. We found it unusual to pay for a meal that was still outstanding.
2. Zimmer/Hotel/Therme-The entire hotel gives the impression "hospital" the corridors, the rooms and also said restaurant does not have a nice atmosphere. It seems like being in a bad cafeteria. The nice thing here is that you can go straight to the spa in a bathrobe and bathrobe, towels ect. Already ready in the hotel room. The spa is unfortunately very outdated and old, many stations would also have a sign "unfortunately out of service" (whirlpool, steam bath "), as far as the cleanliness and the overall impression, the condition, the rooms, the hotel complex and the restaurant are concerned, you can Unfortunately, only negative express yourself, see photos.

The hotel, just as the service has earned almost 5 stars. The rooms are very clean and there is a lot of space! Breakfast is plentiful and delicious! However, if you want to use the adjacent thermal spa, I don't even give this hotel a star!

Attention in the spa is absolutely not addressed by the lifeguards (2 have been informed plus receptionist) and that of statements made by several guests! The answers of the lifeguards were very shocking and degrading! This clientele is known (5 Moroccan/Romanians), of which there are several groups, but don't do anything to anyone and they just want their fun! You are there often and would never have done anything really bad and so you could not refer to the sauna or even the bathroom! A sauna supervisor was, of course, not to be found in the sauna area at that time! After being deeply insulted, humiliated and threatened with gestures by these men, we left the spa and the hotel immediately with the guidance of a lifeguard and left at night for fear!
The repeated desire to bring in the police was not mentioned, instead they were laughed at!

Aufgrund des sehr günstigen Last-Minute Angebotes buchten wir ein Wellness-Wochenende. Die Umgebung soll auch sehr nett sein, da es an diesem Wochenende eher durchgehend rechnete haben wir das Hotel eher nicht verlassen. Nach dem (sehr breites Angebot! ) Frühstück ging es direkt in das sehr gut ausgestattete Thermalbad, welches direkt ans Hotel angeschlossen ist. Abends stärkten wir uns im Hotelrestaurant, welches keines sehr breite Palette an Speisen bietet, aber durchaus ausreichend große Portionen leckeren Essens bietet.

Comfort accomodatie is super, vriendelijk personeel en een leuke consistente sfeer. Het enige jammerend is dat veel extra activiteiten zoals een sauna of zonnebank extra geld kosten. In het zwembad zelf kunnen sommige dingen wel een klein likje verf gebruiken. We hebben een lekker relaxed verblijf gehad.

The room is spacious and the beds are comfy (not too hard, not too soft), but the beds were cracky. The cleaning service is thorough, they even through something away something we wanted to through away but forgot and that while we were staying an other night. The building is very noisy. You could hear noises coming from other rooms and from the hallway, girls walking on high heels on a floor above us even woke us up by just walking.
