Hostels in GroningenHostel

I am a regular here as I come for work. Very conveniently located in terms of centrality. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and have okay heating, even if the building is old. Fairly cosy.

TL;DR: it's cheap, it's shabby, it's old, but it's clean, has great amenities, and overall a very recommendable experience.
Other reviews scared me, but this place was honestly great.

Excellent Stay at PJs Hostel.
I had a wonderful stay at PJs Hostel.

Cabin/cocoons were great, with adjustable light and one normal USB/ USB c port.

If you like historical buildings, ghosts, and autenticite this is your place.
Beautiful house, clean bed sheets and even if its not very beautiful rooms and interesting choice cheap and friendly.

Best service, best breakfast, and best family oriented atmosphere.
Highly recommended.

One night stay for 24 hours in Groningen and it did exactly what we wanted. Easy check in, clean room for a family of 4 with 2 sets of bunk beds and a shower.

Great location, clean room, nice open-buffet breakfast. Simple, clean room, enough if you will go in only for a shower and sleep.
