Only plus point is location. Eemshaven is 15mins away. And daily needs are one door away.
Rest, there is no positive to say. Pictures internet are wrong. I have stayed there several times, never had a room like shown in internet.
Basic hotel with all the essentials for an overnight stop. There is a grocery store nearby for breakfast foods and coffee and tea are free at the hotel open area. The shower water pressure was a bit weak but still nice and hot. If your passing through and need a place to stay — this place checks all the boxes necessary.

Great little hotel, clean, quiet, plenty of parking available around, and you have decent kitchen downstairs too so great when you work away from home.
Update after serveral weeks of stay, the host is really caring and I always have my keys ready and waiting for me upon each arrival.
