Nice, by somewhat basic hotel in the centre of Groningen. Friendly and helpful staff, and the rec ently renovated bathrooms in the rooms are a big improvement.

Reasonable hotel in good location. However, if you plan to drive, make sure you know how to to the hotel and parking. This is not a car friendly area. Speak to the hotel.

Near all city attractions, easy to get around, relatively quiet at night.

Small but clean rooms, nice beds. Friendly Service and an Good breakfast. All in all you pay a fair price for a Good Quality. And of course it is really central, therefore it can get a bit loud at night on the weekends.

DONT STAY HERE! I stayed here a few times, and was willing to pay a premium for a good service. But this time is the last. The room was damp had a view of a brick wall through a square prison style window. Breakfast was basically nothing, they were out of eggs and had some yogurt. To top it off, I asked for a late check out of thirty minutes and they refused because the cleaning personal have a busy schedule. I explained I am stuck here because I am a pilot and I have weather delays. They didn’t care and after speaking to the manager, the realization is: they simply don’t care.

Nice hotel within striking distance of the centre; comfortable rooms with a good bed and four different pillows to choose from (:-) ). Coffee and tea in/near the room.

Extremely noisy room with nigh bar s close by. Also coffee machines in ebery floor with people chatting around late in the night. Expensive for what you get.

At good location (10 mins walk to old city center). Simple room facilities. Carpark is outside of the hotel (5 mins walk). Opposite is casino.

Very expensive for what you get. Although it is a nice modern hotel, the rooms are quite basic. Sound Insulation isn't very good; the noisy street outside might keep you up at night. Breakfast was basic but ok.

A really nice location close to the city centre. Rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast is delicious. The service is really nice and you can get lots of information at the reception.

Good location, not far from the beautiful city centre. The staff is very nice and funny. Clean rooms. Only the breakfast could have been better equipped and the garage is also not for novice;). But I like to go out.

Nice hotel with good facilities but my room was on the bottom floor — the view was of a wall, I couldn't see the sky. TV is a bit small.

I have stayed here 2 days with my daughter. The room was small, bathroom had a bath. Hotel is located within walking distance to the city centre and the pancake ship is just around the corner. The hotel has a very nice lounge with comfortable armchairs and a fireplace (this kind that burns with a liquid). The service at the lounge was very attentive. We were asked about our desires, a Chair was brought another group, the white wine was well-chilled, there were a number of candles lit and it ran a wonderful lounge music to our liking. In the lounge, Wi-Fi was free. In short, we had trouble in the evening again to pick on us, to go into a pub. Many thanks to the staff, especially the pregnant at this time employee who took great care to all.
