Odd location, modern and directly near marina and lake.
➜ Very unhappy with my stay at this establishment from April 20th to 23rd.
We have to get the keys to your apartment 7 kms away. I knew it was not there, having booked on a well known site, but the address where you had to fetch the key was not mentioned. And the site of the hotel is only in Dutch, no English… So I thought I'd come up with a plan, an address… Nothing at all, just a phone number… And it's 7kms from Kerkdriel, to Rossum, and not easy to find! But there is much more serious: I had booked an apartment on the ground floor because I am in a wheelchair, it was also well indicated on my confirmation! But the person who gives me the keys tells me that I have apartment 3 on the floor, which is accessed by a very steep spiral staircase. And yet another staircase to the room. I show her my booking confirmation, but she doesn't want to know anything and tells me in a rather amiable tone that the other apartments are taken! As a result, I had to climb up and down the stairs on the buttocks, very humiliating, and my wife go down and put my chair back on every outing! Moreover the terrace was very dirty, the housekeeping not terrible (a pair of socks dragged on the floor in the living room…), an unwashed Bowl, the towel has holes, and the breakfast delivered every day very disappointing: 2 slices of ham, salami, cheese, a bottle of orange juice, no milk bottle, no fruit, no yogurt!
