Reviews of De Koevoet 3*
Very nice little boat harbour with Apparmenthaus. The operators are very helpful. The apartments are typically Dutch relatively small but fully equipped. Boats, bathing, cycling tours, etc what more could you want. We will be back.
Super dear and friendly owners. Quite a cozy harbour with everything you need. Always.

We were 5 adults in an apartment that was so tiny. He should be for 6 people.
The apartment is on 2 floors. Below is a kitchen, the living room and the bathroom (without window) with shower. From the living room, two stairs go, rather ladders up into tiny bedrooms. In one with a bunk bed and the other bedroom has a double bed (1.40m) with a single bed over it, where there are no ladders to be found, but you have to jump up somehow. My brother then trampled on my foot in the middle of the night, because you only come down again when you climb on the bed below or try to jump far, which is hardly feasible in this tiny room. Very funny and interesting was that there were skylights with curtains hanging on the wall and in front of it a fly screen was simply placed, that didn't fit in the wall at all. So we had to either cook upstairs (it was so hot) or sleep with dozens of mosquitoes. Were quite smashed.
On our beds on arrival were stretch bed sheets that were dirty (hair & dirt from the floor). When we complained, we got bed linen that still had hair from someone, when I showed that to the cleaning lady, she reacted rather disinterested. When she moved the beds back to us, she simply wiped the dirt between the bed and the mattress.
In the living room there was a fly clapper and we quickly realized why. It was teeming with spiders, which were beautifully abseiling over our heads.
