Cappuccino gedronken. Niet bijzonder, ook niet slecht.

The store was once the first address in Stavoren However, in recent years quality and service have abated; The food was also better. The prices there are "at the top of the midfield" — we have eaten there again and again over the last five years or have come in there for a coffee. However, unfortunately we had to find that the shop has subsided: Cold food, wrong food, long Waiting times, partly measly portions and partly lack of hygiene (dirt, dust, unclean glasses or cutlery) did not make us happy.

We had a very lovely stay at the hotel. The big wine barrel was great, it had a beautiful bathroom with a very nice shower, a pretty room with a comfortable couch to sit and a very cute sleeping room with a nice bed. The barrel part reminded me a bit of a Hobbit house. I really liked the fact that when you open the door of your room you are immediately outside. The food was nice and the staff was very friendly. It is a very charming hotel in a lovely town and just around the corner of the train station.

We had 2 nights in one of the barrels. This was quite nice and cozy, maybe a little too dark, and the mattresses too hard as the rooms were grown a year or 2 ago, modern equipped, otherwise the hotel will make a little bit of a year-old impression. The breakfast with 2 sausages and two cheeses that were retabled on both days did not go at all. Jam only the cheapest in plastic potty, partly on expiration date, peaches from the can.
You have to cover the table yourself, scrambled eggs, fried egg: false indication.
Sunday morning was sucked and cleaned in the hall at 09:00h, no consideration for the few paying guests.
We would have spared ourselves a better view of the kitchen.
At 150, 00 Euro per night, one can certainly expect more.
The hotel is at the best place, too bad.
We do not recommend it further.

Mooie kamer! Unieke ervaring om in een wijnvat te slapen. Ontbijt was ook prima verzorgd.

Very friendly people and sleeping in the wine casket was awesome. We had the welness casket. Clean room, comfortable bed, bottle of wine waiting for us. We made use of the lovely jacuzzi and steamshower.

You can also eat something there if you are not a hotel guest. It was a bit expensive, but we liked it very much. Has a nice atmosphere and the service was also very nice. Can I recommend it to anyone:)

For a romantic weekend to recommend.

If you do not wantto spend a lot of money on a room this is the perfect hotel for you. And also the dinner is the best I could have ever eaten. And the view is amazing…

Very nice rooms. Breakfast was poor though.

We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, the service employees were very slow and we had to ask several times for drinks. After asking for the menu, they handed us a german dinnermenu. Also the drinks we already drunk, stood the whole evening on the table. We also ordered food like spare ribs, salad, codfish and chips. The fish had no taste and the spare ribs where all over flabby… disgusting! And the highlight of the evening was the price… for 8 people without ordering appetizer or even dessert, was approximatly about 240€, really a demanding!

We had after Dinner Ice Cream. Good quality, not overley pricey but took a while to arrive.

Super shells. Very nice restaurant.
