Very good Hotel. Dinning area is soo beautiful and well maintained. I like this hotel.

Restaurant is good, room's are decent. Brecfast has a bit to few options, fruit and salad are in inconvenient jars. I had a few technical problems, Wi-Fi keeps falling out and it was slow, Phone wasn't working when I arrive and on the second day when I returned the lock didn't work. The staff was however fast to respond to the problems with the lock and phone.

A very welcoming and wonderful hotel located nearby the Rotterdam The Hague Airport. We were welcomed with free cheese and sweets at reception counter <3 The staff were very friendly and nice. Our room had great view of greeneries and canal too, definitely loved it! Everything else in the room was perfect ;) The breakfast was superb too with wide range of food and drinks. Would surely recommend thos hotel to my friends and family. Thank you so much Best Western Airport Hotel Rotterdam.

I would like to point out that the bed in my room was broken, the drain in the shower does not work and the bathroom is flooded while you take a shower. Noisy air conditioning. Plus there are mosquitoes. Booked a room together with a friend in his room he had slippers and bathrobes but could not find them in my room. Informed the front desk about the water in the bathroom and the bed before going to dinner I was told that they would fix everything on our return on our return in the room the only thing what changed was that we found clean towels because the others had been used to dry the bathroom flooded. I think I will never stay in a Best Western hotel again. One more thing too much noise by the airplanes. Breakfast is too expensive.

Quiet, clean and a very pleasant atmosphere. Feels safe and totally at home here. Friendly staffs, who are very helpful and efficient.

Nice Hotel, cordial staff, toom was spacious, despite close Location to airport and interstate it was not noisy during the night or in the rooms.

Great option to stay in Rotterdam If you have a car once is a lit bit far from the centre. Wonderful rooms and Very kind staff. Fully recommended.

Only hotel at walking distance from Rotterdam airport. But there are much better and more affordable hotels in downtown Rotterdam. Take the bus.

Nice food, nice rooms and pleasant staff.

Bus non accessible to the porch. My group have to drag luggage quite far to check in. Luckily it wasn't raining at that time.

Stayed on a first floor room which was very nice. The room was big, clean, comfortable, and pretty modern. Absolutely great hotel, particularly for an airport hotel. Shuttle service was timely and quick! Will definitely stay there again if I have a late or early flight!

Crowdy, a peanut in the bed, although I have not eaten. Probably still from the predecessor. Room service without feeling for the guest. Every Morning at 8, popped the doors, and directly in front of the room and against the door is not slammed, although the "please disturb" sign outside.

We got the luxery room, which was nice and tidy. The small balcony is a nice touch. The personel was kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good and tasty.

Good location if you need the airport but far out from the city centre — 20 minute cab ride at around 25 euro for the centraal station. Breakfast was ok but getting there after the morning rush meant the want much left. Friendly staff and plenty of areas to get on with work with powerpoints and table service.

Very nice hotel Inside, it's Stark! Nice rooms, good service, staff to small care. Everything to spend a good stay or a good night. 2 steps from the airport… This is the ideal stopover!

Arrived here because in the other hotel it was overbooked due to Amoma's fault.

Good because I found a discount, then this discount is to me very expensive for the level of hotel. The breakfast is pretty poor for the price of the same, as was stipulated in the offer we make.
