Booked this hotel for a wedding stay in Rotterdam and made a mistake as was supposed to stay at the Schiedam Novotel. Accepted my mistake but upon arrival, I mentioned to the receptionist Martina about the manager advising me about complimentary breakfast and she did not have any clue about it. So we checked in and left the hotel after 15 minutes to attend the wedding reception and realise that we are at the wrong hotel. So spoke with the reception team and they advised me they will call back and let me know what they can do. But arriving at 2 am, the night staff advise me that the manager will look upon the incident and will take action. Also the Sofa bed was not made for the 3 adults which we booked for. Upon arriving at the reception in the morning, spoke with the worst non-chalant supervisor who for an instant acted like a Mule. Not listening to anything and just shaking her head as she had spoken to the receptionist Martina who gave her a debrief without even hearing the customers experience. Would not recommend this hotel, Hospitality = 0, they do not value their customers experience or listen to their feedback. Surely mistake was mine but hotel could have suggested breakfast as Schiedam did and apologise but that was not the case. If the Relations manager reads my experience, they should advise the reception team and make the customers experience better. Martina and supervisor do not even let these people check you in or handle any query as unprofessional they are. 0000
