Very nice located in the centre of Leiden. The Roms are small but very clever utilized. The breakfast was quite okay, offering a wide range of warm and cold dishes. The rooms were clean. We did not use the gym and swimmingpools.

Comfortable business hotel in a very convenient location. Right next to Leiden station and ~10-15 min walk to town. Tasty Dutch breakfast. Views from restaurant are amazing.

Well placed location near the Leiden station, our room was located at the 9th floor with a view on the center of Leiden. The bed was really comfy and also a flat-screen was available. We enjoyed our stay very much, even though there wasn't a refrigerator in the room. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Great hotel. Have stayed here several times and hotel is quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is worth the fee with many options of tasty food. Ask for the station transit pass to be able to walk through the train station to the old City aswalking around the station is a long walk.

Shower and bathroom share the same door! Ok for lonely travelers, otherwise embarrassing and uncomfortable. The policy of paying in advance is unbelievable. It's like saying "dear client, we don't trust you". For 150€ per night that's unbelievable.

I do not know why it is rated 4 stars! I stayed there for 3 weeks (business). The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything (i. E. Toilet flush from next door, foot steps, sneeze, cough, etc. ). There was nothing much on TV mostly Dutch channels. I booked a family room due to none availability of other rooms, and asked them to change the room 4 times which never happened. The family room does NOT have any drawers, small fridge, microwave, yeah and no slippers. Almost all hotels add water bottles every time they clean the room, but this hotel does not. I kind of expected more from a 4 star hotel. The only positive thing about this hotel was the gym, it was great and that's why I gave it a two stars.

Office rooms with beds in them. I cannot even switch off the lights from the bed. Horrible room layout! Extremely modern facility with so many little things wrong. The hotel is integrated into the 10th floor of an office building, and it shows that this was not designed as a hotel. You have to pass multiple heavy manual glass doors with you luggage to get to your room. Views from the floor to ceiling windows are directly onto other offices and inter-building walkways. Room layout is contemporary with an open bathroom that does not close / has no door. It's form over function: you step out of the hot shower into the cold hotel room and present yourself naked to the world. Many weird little flies (dead and living) in the room. Advertised sauna area is $20 / day extra. Breakfast extremely expensive. Hotel itself is priced reasonable with great location right next to Leiden train station. Staff was friendly and I got a free apple when I checked in.

— hotelroom not really clean — air conditioner cannot be turned off (always cold 21.5 degrees) — Spa was good, but I didn't know that you are not allowed to wear swimsuits only on Tuesday, plus you have to wear a skinny swimsuits, others are not allowed! — parking is way to expensive.

Great place to wine and dine. The staff are professional and helpful, the food is delicious. We will sure come again.

Poor Service! No Minibar in the Room. Pool & Sauna Area to visit 90% without Clothing. Breakfast is unfortunately not recommended (Fried Eggs are certainly ready for 1 Hour; Rubber) Personal well.

Attached to the metro and the city center. Great Gym.

Nice hotel with good wellness facilities. The view over Leiden is great. The hotel doesn't have a lobby.

Quite convenient as it's located in next to Lieden Central station equipped with wellness function and many parking. The hotel room is bit less taste, but handy.

Great location and fantastic views either of the city or in the direction of the coast and the dunes. The standard rooms are exactly that, standard, no frills but with comfortable beds. Very tasty barbeque restaurant on the second floor and a great wellness centre/sauna on the 12th floor.

Stayed here for one night. The room and hotel were clean and modern. The breakfast was great, though perhaps a bit expensive. The room had a good amount of space and a pleasant view. The shower was one of the better ones I've experienced so far. The main downside was that the air conditioning system made a lot of noise, which I'm sure would annoy a lot of people when trying to sleep.

Have spent three days in this Hotel. Very good location directly at the Central station of Leiden, a 5-minute walk to the city centre. The Hotel is located in a very modern built and furnished building, which is like a Centrum to other company and a fitness centre in the building are affected, therefore the Hotel is not einladent! The reception is located right at the entrance, the staff was rather unfriendly and listless. Room not particularly large, are very poorly equipped! no wardrobe, no kettle or etc. And No mini-bar. On the bed we were still some black hairs discovered, probably by the previous owner, otherwise pretty clean! To check in as we were thinking we wanted to wait for the Breakfast and were again very disappointed. Better Breakfast than in this 4-star Hotel is had in any Hotel, Hostel or B&B. Price P. P. 16 euros per day for a little selection of everything! Scrambled eggs tasted like out of the package, the Bacon not crispy and dried out, waffles are dry & rock hard, the fruit is not fresh, and even on a warm cocoa to the cold had to abandon the there was only. To explore on our Tour of the Hotel and we to the Wellness area with Pool, pushed the we were not allowed to get but let's face it, since the staff at the very beginning, researchers back and whistled. The swimming Pool, the hotel guests were allowed to take only the Breakfast times 07:00 — 10:00 a. M.

Great hotel! Although I didn't stay here myself, the staff was very helpful when I asked them for assistance. Great location (just next to the train station), stylish design and nice staff.

Very nice rooms and great view from the upper floors. Location could not be more convenient for the station and not far from the more picturesque parts of Leiden. Both restaurants in the hotel are very pleasant. Could do with more electric sockets in the rooms but otherwise no complaints.

Central location, nice rooms, good standard. The hotel is a little bit cold, and long distances between rooms and restaurants / breakfast / first floor. The breakfast was not very good.

I stayed here for 9nights so I felt I'm qualified to give a detailed review: The Good: +The location is very convenient as it sits above Leiden Centraal +The gym equipment is really state of the art +The room decoration is modern. Temperature control in the rooms is good. + Bed is relatively comfortable. The Bad: — The room doesn't have a fridge! — No complimentary water — Room not sound proof. You can clearly hear when people walk in the corridor and you can hear noise from people next to your room — Room service was inconsistent. I hung a Do Not Disturb sign and still got a knock on the door asking for room clean up. One day they gave me two lotions and one shampoo (supposed to be 1lotion, 1shampoo, 1lotion) hence I got no shower gel. One day they left their cleaning rag in the room. Another day a cleaning lady was really nice and courteous. On the last day, they didn't close the door properly… good thing that nothing was missing from my room. — No ironing board in the room which is not a big deal. But when I requested one, I got the one with no steam function. Took me ages to iron my shirts — Breakfast has no variety. Same old every morning. One morning they ran out of olive oil for salad and the waitress said they ran out and it's on order. So I had to buy my own at the minimart on the ground floor. — If you have a conference here with lunch package, be prepared as they give you same sandwiches every lunch. You have to ask them to prepare something else.

Have booked 3 rooms last week. Situation and Outlook is good. Very long ways to the rooms, very bad on the family room, no Minibar or fridge for something for the kids cold. That's not the point. In the family room, not Functional-in wardrobes, a small box with a 5-iron for a family room is a joke. We had to live 3 days out of suitcases, had to spread our clothes on the floor. Housekeeping is not thorough, the towels partly Hard and worn. Furthermore, a pillow smelled like sweat. All of this for an upscale Hotel (a chain) with fire Standard, this is not in order. I'm really disappointed. Furthermore, I was not asked at Check Out if everything was in order. That's why I said before the place also nothing because nobody seemed to care. Greeting from Duisburg.

Location of the hotel is good only if you come by train. Car Parking will cost you money! It take ages to get to your room by using several elevators. TV Remote control was not working. In the room was no information about WI-FI password. If you want to go to the town you need to pass train station, but you can not get true it because you have no train card, so you need to walk miles around. Food was expensive and not really the best.

Rarely a comfortable hotel bed experienced like in this Hotel. The gigantic Breakfast buffet, which is worth every penny. The location of the hotel, of course. If necessary, you quickly with train to Amsterdam and the Hague.

Location is good. Small, poor facility but room is OK. Wellness is not so bad, but staffs are not friendly at all. I will never book again.

Fantastic Sauna and Wellness.

Excellent food on top floor and interesting swimming experience. We will definitely return.
