We stayed at The Barnyard for 8 wonderful nights. We were immediately greeted warmly and shown our wonderful accommodations (large room with ensuite bath facilities and amazing view of the Dutch countryside). Very peaceful and quaint setting, but convenient to the motorway, other small villages and the Assen TT Circuit (MotoGP was the main reason for our trip to the Netherlands). The hospitality was awesome, as well as the breakfast. When we return to the area, this will definitely be the place we stay. Can't say enough about The Barnyard!

Very flexibele to use kitchen facilities.
All kind of drinks can be taken from the central kitchen fridge and be payed when leaving!
Very good breakfast with every day variety’s of different tastes marmelades, cheeses, and locally baked Drenth cakes! The breakfast eggs are boiled every day for six minutes and are awesome fresh tasting!.
