I have allways loved witterzomer but I have to say that the latest 2 years we have been here I must say the service is getting worse. It is a big campsite but you have only 4 washing machines and 2 dryers. And the staff at the camping tends to use one of the machine for washing camping clothes when it is open. Something they should do when it is not open for customers. We was getting the Wi-Fi so the kids could use there tablet before bedtime but was then asked by one of the staff: why do you need Wi-Fi when u are on vacation. If u have staff asking the customurs that u should not offer the expencive Wi-Fi that you do. And it also has bad coverage. And tonight my wife asked if there was any possibility that we could leave the camping at 07.00 tomorow so we can be sure that we will be in time for the boat from kiel to norway. But the answer she got from the staff was: you have been here for 3 weeks so u should now that it is not possible. We cant be here 30 min before normal because of you. And we can respect that but they should say it in a better way. I dont know for how many years we have been comming here. But if we choose this camping next year it is because of the people we have get to know here and family and not because of the service. I hope things will change because the camping is a great place for the kids and we feel safe when we let the kids run around here.
