Very welcoming family. The food is also very good. The building & the rooms are a bit dark, but I still recommend coming here.
We stayed in Dancing Yak 2 times during our holidays. The location is great, bus from and to Pokhara and airport is just few meters away, as well as hiking trails for Dhumba village and lake or Lupra village or the beautiful surrounding areas. The family owned hotel has a very cosy feeling, the room with ensuite bathroom was clean, has very comfortable beds and duvets and even a really nice view even from the toilet. The home made fresh food is really tasty. Tsewang the owner is a great person, a Himalayan medicine doctor that also runs his family clinic that existed over 10 generations. He is a great communicator, proactive, full of knowledge and always happy to help. I highly recommend this place. I would love to come back in the future to see the hotel decorated with Tsewang books and plants.

Stayed here twice on my trip to Mustang. Tsewang and his family are such great hosts. They showed wonderful hospitality and the food was delicious. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Wi-Fi & hot showers were very appreciated after hiking. Great location close to the airport. Highly recommend if staying in Jomsom!
