Nice rooms, nice staff. Budget one. Have clean rooms.

Food is good. Staff are friendly and cooperative. Conference room arrangement is poor.

I am staying there in this hotel since they opening time till now I am boking this hotel for my client and they gave me good recommended for other to book this hotel so nice so clean full value your money and friendly staff good Breakfast. Fully Recommend for you guys.

This is the best hotel in Pokhara which is very very close to Phewa lake and market. Hotel staff is very helpful and generous. They are very kind in nature here they can help you to book paragliding and other activities in the cheapest price. At this property all the facilities are available like restaurant, bar, spa, laundry and all.

Bad customer service. Food quality is so poor. I would never do a programme there.

A local person we asked for a decent accommodation guided us to this hotel. Probably they had some 'arrangements'. The manager didn't show us the tariff plans, and was rude. Rooms were not clean, Wi-Fi signals were weak, and the door lock of one of rooms was broken as well. We had to accept and adjust as there was no other option for us. While paying via Credit Card, they demanded 3% extra, telling that it was the rule set by the government. We knew they were lying because the other hotel we stayed a night before didn't charge any additional amount. For anyone looking for this place, please make sure to check the rates and look at the rooms for cleanliness before checking in, and don't pay the full amount in advance.

Not good hotel bathroom and rooms are not clean cockroaches every where and broken shower faucet etc… not good to stay.

A very well constructed hotel, strategically located, 300 meters from Phewa Lake. Rooms are spacious and well set up, complimentary breakfast is sumptuous, and services are satisfactory. Value for money I would say.

The interior and the rooms are decent and pretty good with the price. Communication; PITIFUL. The guards are well mannered and friendliler than some of the desk staff. The food is good too, but then I got an insect in mine as a complimentary, once.

Just visited Pokhara and stayed in Hotel Goodwill. Situated in the heart of tourist district Lakeside, excellent hospitality and family atmosphere with very helpful and friendly staff. Very reasonable price and thoroughly enjoyed the stay and recommended to all types of visitors.

Heritage looks and modern comforts. And superb hospitality by staff and owner… Just complementary breakfast needs more addition though Surely will visit again.
