Excellent guides and staff. Fantastic scenery. Saw so much. 2 rhino's on river trip.

The hotel situated in the bank of Rapti river so it is the hotel with best view.

Just incredible, we loved everything about it. The accommodation and staff were exceptional and the activities were amazing!

This was my first trip overseas and was only my second and third night in Nepal so I was still settling in to the way of life. We spent 2 nights at Jungle Villa and from the moment we arrived, our wonderful host Duki and his staff attended to our every need with great expertise and friendliness. I cannot speak highly enough of Jungle Villa and will recommend it to everyone. Meals were excellent with comfortable accomodation. I enjoyed the walk through the neighbouring Tharu village and was lucky enough to see a rhino basking in the river. If I am ever lucky enough to travel to Nepal again I would not hesitate to stay at Jungle Villa. Thank you Duki and your team for a memorable visit.

We left Jungle Villa Resort earlier today after 2 days of brilliant experiences.
From the very friendly and helpful staff to the fantastic views of the river everything was excellent.
In less than 2 full days we managed to complete an Elephant Safari, watch a slide show about the jungle flora and fauna, see the local Tharu people perform traditional dances, go on an early morning nature walk, have trip in a traditional canoe, visited the gharial crocodile breeding centre, have a talk about the elephants they use and then watch (help if we had wanted to) them have a bathe in the river and finally visited the Tharu village.
The staff could not do enough for us. They were determined that we should see the Giant One Horned Rhino even though we said we were having a great time anyway and then yesterday evening one appeared on the other side of the river. That was the icing on the already magnificent cake.
Until at 4:45 this morning, when we had a knock on the door to tell us that Rhino was close by.
We dressed and went out, less than 100 feet away from our room was a large Rhino slowly foraging along the river bank. We watched until it slowly walked away to our right.
Thank you to everyone at JVR this is a wonderful place to visit.

I only stayed one day and one night… great comfortable facility… friendly staff… I have consumed a purely Nepalese dinner!

Location, cottages, safari, cleanliness superlike. Only minus point is food taste… not at all delicious. But the bake items like muffins and bread was good.

Incredible location, unforgettable experience and hospitality! We had a great time in this authentic but maximum comfort resort in the heart of the Chitwan Jungle. We could see rhinos, deer and alligators from our room window! The place is great, the staff is friendly and helpful, the food is excellent. Highly recomended!

The staff really made our stay. Their interest in giving us a wonderful experience was evident. Every staff member went out of their way to ensure that we were happy and our needs were met. Very good food, nicely appointed rooms with a view of the river, excellent tours, wildlife hikes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here while visiting Chitwan.

Beautiful resort nestled completely in the national Park of Chitwan. It faces directly on the river and you can see alligators and, if you are lucky, rhinoceroses that go to drink themselves.
The kitchen is really good.
In the evenings are offered shows of about 1 hour, as popular dances, slideshows on the flora and fauna that you can see in the park.
Recommended the canoe trip along the river and the safari with the elephant.

I would like to call it "stress free zone". Once you walk in, you get to see the beatuy of landscape that this resort sits in. Rapti river flows next to it, providing a calming view and musical notes, nutruring the lifes of humans and animals alike. Imagine the silhoutte of a rhino — next to sunset while you are sipping coffee or your favorite beer — that"s how jungle villa has imprinted on my mind. Providing the best of both, the luxury of human civilization, comfort foods, friendly staffs — with breathtalking views. Elephant tours in a misty morning brings life to the imaginary sanctuaries that we all love to visit. It"s a must visit place. Make sure you stop by, and watch the sunset from JVR — you will fall in love with nature yet again.

2 nights stay was excellent. Supper rooms, nice view of the river. Early morning sighting was an one horned rhino in the river. We loved the food and evening entertainment by the local village dance troupe.
Jeep Safari arrangements was excellent and Ashok, our guide, had a very good knowledge of the birds in Chitwan NP.
Nice place very close to park entrance.
