The campsite is beautiful, located in the woods and they have a beautiful bird hide and a 4.5 hike trail. However, the tent makes a lot of loud noise at night and kept waking us up. The owners are really friendly and have excellent service, would highly recommend.
We camped here for one night coming out of the Etosha and on our way to Caprivi. The campsite is lovely and we had a wonderful chat with Markus who was very friendly and a wonderful host. Thank you for having us we will be back! Beatrice and Martin.

I recently contacted the facility to request some information as I was planning a visit. Coming from South Africa and being flexible with dates, I wanted to understand if having a car would be necessary and when I could stay at the property.
I reached out to Markus using the contact number listed on the website. Unfortunately, what followed was far from what I expected. Instead of receiving clear answers to my questions, I was met with questions of his own, along with responses that were rude and unpleasant.
I have never experienced such unprofessional and discourteous treatment when reaching out to a facility for information. This interaction has left me feeling disappointed and hesitant about considering this property for my stay.
I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve the quality of your customer service.
