What a special place! An oasis of beauty, luxury and hospitality ion the Kunene River. We had an amazing experience and the new manager Jolandi is such a friendly and helpful host. I can highly recommend the Kunene River Lodge for a treat in the Kaokoveld.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kunene River Lodge. They have nicely shaded campsites next to the river and air-conditioned rooms. The sunset cruise on mighty Kunene was wonderful. We will gladly come back to Kunene River Lodge. Thanks so much!

What an incredible experience.
We camped.
The facilities were perfect and the grass was lovely to throw a blow-up mattress.
There is an internet service provided — at a fair price — which was awesome.
The staff/owners are wonderful.
They are really keen birders and more than happy to share their local knowledge.
The bird life!
Wow.
Overall, I had an incredible experience at the lodge.
Highly recommended.
