Absolutely recommended. We stayed there for one night. Henry, the owner, is a wonderful person who made our stay worthwhile. The dinner and breakfast were delicious and we felt really comfortable.
The guesthouse is located a little outside a small town, so do not expect anything around. But you have a nice view in a quiet and peaceful surrounding.

A big thank you to our host Henry for a lovely stay and going out of his way to keep my Galjoen frozen. Henry made us a proper home cooked meal that was enjoyed by all and a hearty breakfast early morning so that we could continue our trip. If you want to experience the dessert night sky in all it's glory don't miss Tismaree guest farm it is well worth it. Thank you Henry for a unforgettable experience.

Tismaree is a beautifull place. The owners (hosts) Henry and Mary-ann is the friendliest and most helpful hosts in a long time. They litterally carry you on their hands by the way they serve. The food was delicious and the company very nice. My kids cant wait to go back again. They say its the best place ever. The views are amazing and th sunsets breathtaking. Do yourself a favour and enjoy watching the stars early in the night before bedtime.
Thank you so much Henry and Maryann for that extra toast — your place and the atmosphere even made bread taste lekkeeerrrrr than usual.
I recomend this place 100% for any person on the way to the south especially Sossusvlei.
