The hosts of the guesthouse was very friendly and helpful. I had car problems and they were more then kind and accomedating. The stay and food was lovely and very highly recommended!

Be very careful of booking here. Rooms are not necessarily what are advertised. The closest thing to an outside window you may have, could very well be a window that opens into the indoor dining area with your room door also opening directly into the same indoor dining area…

Olienhoff Guesthouse is a beautiful little guesthouse just outside Otavi. The guesthouse and rooms are kept very neat and clean and they offer utilities similar to those found in lodges and hotels. The owners are very polite and made sure that everything was to our liking. I definitely recommend them and will stay there again. Thanks Olienhoff!
