A massive shout out to your New Manager (Kerwin). In my view he is making a huge impact in your facility. I stayed here quite often, but I must admit, there has been a noticeable shift from past experiences to Current.
He is on point, on the floor, addresses his guest by their 1st name, now talk about Wow, this is one for the books.
I can confidently say he has brought a new dimension to your facility. Kudos to him.
Please mention my sentiments with him. He deserves to know the impact he is making and the value he brings to your organization.

Excellent stay at Town Lodge Windhoek! The hotel is clean, comfortable, secure, and very well located. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, which made the experience even better.
The rooms were modern and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay, and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options.
What makes this hotel especially convenient is its location. I highly recommend it for anyone travelling to Windhoek for medical care or appointments at Lady Pohamba Private Hospital, as it is very close and easily accessible. It is also near Grove Mall, which is extremely convenient for shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, and other essentials.
Overall, a great experience with excellent service and accessibility. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Windhoek.

We were looking for a simple overnight stay in Windhoek as a family with two adults and one small child (6 years old). Unfortunately, both Booking. Com and the hotel’s own booking system insisted that we would need two separate rooms, which obviously makes little sense for a family travelling with a small child.
I first contacted the AI chat assistant on the City Lodge Hotels website and was honestly very positively surprised. The AI assistant worked well and I was then forwarded to a human support agent named Titus, who was also friendly and helpful. He explained that he could not make the decision himself and advised me to contact the Town Lodge Windhoek directly.
Unfortunately, this is where the experience completely broke down. The hotel itself was unable to respond within what I would consider a reasonable timeframe for the hospitality industry. In my opinion, 24 hours should be the absolute maximum for a reservation-related family request. Meanwhile, three nearby hotels responded within less than 30 minutes and solved the issue immediately.
This creates the impression that local reservation management is poorly organised and disconnected from the otherwise good central support experience. It is disappointing because the first contact with City Lodge Hotels was actually very professional.

I recently wrapped up a one-week stay at Town Lodge Windhoek, and it was exactly what I was looking for.
If you are like me and prioritize convenience, this is the place to be. It is incredibly close to Grove Mall, which made my daily life so much easier. Being able to just pop over to the mall for anything I needed was a huge plus for my stay.
Here are a few highlights from my experience:
• The Food: This was easily the best part of the stay. Every meal I had was absolutely delicious—the flavors were spot on, and I found myself clearing my plate every single time.
• Service & Connectivity: The staff provided excellent service throughout the week. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which is always a major factor for a comfortable stay.
• Value: It provided a high-quality experience without breaking the bank. It is a fantastic option for anyone looking for a well-located, affordable stay in the city.
I highly recommend Town Lodge for anyone visiting Windhoek!

My kids were having the best time, until security said they would call the police on them, because there friends were in each other rooms.

Rooms are very small especially thecones where you have to share and towels are old, food was good though.

Great value for money. The staff are friendly, and the room daily rate is pocket — friendly too.
But the room is too cozy, too small!
The breakfast should be enhanced with more varieties.

3 star hotel with 5 star service. Excellent staff, I travelled with a large group and everyone enjoyed their stay. The staff are all very helpful friendly, also full of local knowledge.
Will definitely want to stay here again on a return visit. The hotel food is lovely.
The location is great too, very close to 3 malls, many restaurants, and a Virgin active gym where you can get a temporary membership.

This is my 2nd stay at this property.
Although located next to a posh mall, the Town Lodge Windhoek isn’t quite up to prime time, and the location is too far from the city centre to be considered convenient, though if you’re looking to stay in this area, I guess that’s a plus.
Rooms are small, but clean. Biggest issue is sockets. There are no outlets next to the beds, and the desk sockets are two different sockets positioned so close together that two travel adapters cannot fit at the same time. Nice showers though.
Service can best be described as “unhurried”, and a little bit of hospitality training would go a long way. Onsite restaurant is decent, but their premises license doesn’t permit alcohol sales before 6pm on Sundays.

Town Lodge is conveniently situated close to main roads and the shopping mall. The rooms are spacious neat and tidy. Breakfast is not always included in the pricing when doing online bookings, so ensure that you confirm breakfast. There is a nice variation for the buffet breakfast and the food is fresh. There is underground parking with security monitoring.
This is a very good option for business accommodation.

Lovely and clean hotel within 5 mins walk of the Grove mall. Good breakfast and nice friendly staff.

An average hotel with nothing fancy.
Booking in was fairly quick and the parking underground was a bonus seeing we had a rental car.
We wanted a bath but were told no rooms had baths?
Anyhow, we only spent our first night in Nam there.
Check out was effortless.

Wonderful stuff, great swimming pool view and it's right next to The Grove Mall. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately, as tourists, we had to seek out information on our own, as the receptionists provided little assistance. Before our early drive to Swakopmund, we requested a packed breakfast, but the restaurant manager declined our request. It was disheartening to see that others who arrived after us were served without any issues.

The hotel is near a mall with great shops for whatever one may need, a bit far from city center so no congestion on the road, not too big but nice. I just wish the coffee was a serve yourself cause I like it with warm milk.

Had an amazing stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Definitely an EXCELLENT choice to stay. Central, walking distance from Mall and hospital.
