Was a great evening of food and drinks. Food quality was fantastic and the service was extremely good.

Beautiful hotel but the staff is not so friendly I must say. The only person who gave us proper customer service was TANGENI. As for the rest, Emily, Amy, not so friendly, we felt unwelcome, judged, and undermined because of our age and skin colour. It's sad because I really love the place. Thank you to the breakfast team they really nice.
The room was lovely, but the BRDS ARE SO HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE.

There was no electricity or water. We were all very upset.

Very bad service and the food is horrible.
Kitchen is very dirty and infested with cockroaches. Will not set foot there ever again.

Firstly parking is horrible. I was directed to park inside a sandy area with construction items and tools lying around. I opted to just park on the side of the street next to the hotel. We had pre ordered our meals prior to arriving, but service was still incredibly slow. There was a dead fly in one of the dishes. Other dishes were too oily or undercooked. Definitely do not come here if you're looking for a good experience.

Went there yesterday with my family to try out their Chinese restaurant. We got the worst service ever. The food was not well prepared, my husband had to stand up every time to get us drinks, they were out of everything and we paid an arm and leg. Plus I have terrible food poisoning. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointing.

This must be the worst hotel in Namibia. Poor service, poor communication and poor geust assistance.
I booked a room for a business trip. Paud the full amout of N$2200 PLUS N$500 Deposit which is refundable upon check out. Or so it was said by Kara at the reception point on 19 July 2023.
I paid the full amout. Made arrangements for the two people that was supposed to sleep in a comfortable bed after a long business trip.
At the point where the two people arrived, they could not get the room open due to the key was faulty. Late hours they had to sleep in the hallway on a couch due to the time they got there and no one wants to help them to get in to their paid room.
The morning they were helped to open the door just to take a shower. They went to the breakfast, and was informed the cook can't assist them as they were 10 minutes late. But the time they went for breakfast was at 9am, and as what the hotel manager said, breakfast ends at 10am. Funny isn't it!
I phoned and spoke directly to Mnr G. Maasdorp which is the GM, he helped me in the sense of promising a full refund as the total experience was unacceptable.
So as days, weeks and months has passed and hundreds of phone conversations, emails and even going to see him myself, has helped nothing.
I never received the refund or the key deposit.
Should you ever consider this place. Please do not. These people working there has got no ethical way of thinking or obligation of staying professional in any situations.

If I could give this hotel zero stars I would.
Their breakfast is a chinese breakfast as it is on top of a chinese restaurant. The chef flipped the eggs using her hand.
The curtain fell off the wall during the stay there.
They did not replace coffee/ tea when used. There was no milk in the room and they told us the coffee machine was broken because they didn't know how it works. We eventually walked down and fetched the items ourselves.
The soap was also not replaced daily. And when I asked for an accessible room due to guest with knee problems they gave her one at a good location but with a shower bath that she could not use due to having to lift knees so high to get in.
No minimart closeby for other food.
