The Lodge offers a unique and peaceful retreat in the heart of nature, with stunning views all around. The pet-friendly atmosphere is a great bonus for animal lovers. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable stay.
We were treated to a fantastic home-cooked BBQ that was absolutely delicious, a perfect way to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The sunsets at the lodge are breathtaking, adding to the overall experience.
We loved our stay at Karivo lodge. It is a pet friendly lodge with very helpful and friendly staff. The spectacular views from the restaurant were very special. I was pleasantly surprised to be allowed to book in and out any time that suited us. It is also very affordable.

My stay was the worst experience ever.
No amenities: There was no kettle or fridge in the room, and ice was unavailable. The drinks provided were warm, which made it impossible to enjoy them.
Water issues: Saturday morning, there was no water at all. On Friday evening, the shower only had cold water, and even that came out as three drops due to a broken shower nozzle.
Cleanliness: The room smelled awful and was dirty, making it an extremely uncomfortable environment to stay in.
Poor service: The service was terrible, with no effort made to address these issues.
I cannot recommend this place to anyone, as the lack of basic services, cleanliness, and poor service were unacceptable.
