Hilton Windhoek

(-) The room was dirty. There were weird stains on the floor. The sheets were dirty. Also there were full of pests in one of our lamps. Luckily we got to change rooms without a fee. Some of the staff were uninterested and a bit rude. Some were really nice and helpful.
(+) Breakfast was incredible. Gym was small but nice. Good pool area.

We are a team from Oshigambo High School. Comprises of 7 students and 4 educators. We had a very good time through out at Hilton. We were well served by Delano and Katrina. The hospitality was awesome. Looking forward to return next year around the same time. By Ekongo; Team Leader.

Good/central spot with a nice gym and rooftop pool. Stayed here last month for a night before heading the desert. Slightly disappointed as I missed hours that the executive lounge was open due to a delayed flight. Breakfast at hotel was good 👍🏼 however dinner at the rooftop bar/restaurant was barely edible. Great views for a sunset cocktail or drink, but wouldn’t recommend the food.

Beautiful hotel with excellent views over Windhoek. Only 2 active reception counters. Check-in to rooms are 3pm, some of the guests rooms was only ready by 4pm. The card sistem for the doors was not working. Staff run up and down to solve the problem. Service at the restaurant and sky bar is poor. The light meals are totally over priced. The food was not too bad. At the Wellness Centre, the service was good, the staff was friendly and on time. The best service we received was at the parking lobby.

The amenities and location. Friendly staff! comfortable beds and sizeable rooms. An all stop shop hotel.

A very nice hotel that you can only recommend. Unfortunately there was the same thing to eat every day and for a xxl man there was an xxs bathrobe in the closet. Very good location and the staff is very attentive with very few exceptions.

Pathetic service. This hotel need to downgrade to a no star hotel. Received much better service and a surprise for our wedding anniversary a year ago at Avani Hotel.
Thaught we would give Hilton a try but wish we never did.
You are not the name Hilton worthy.
