Really the worst service I've ever seen.

Bad service 👎I will not recommend to go this hotel 👎 This is not Luxury Hotel.

They call it " Luxury Yacht " but with the service they provide the standard they have, it's a " Fishing Boat "

Bad Wi-Fi service, given food is often lower than normal standard, poor TV channel. The rooms we just staying is no airways, just staying at Quarantine period coming back from oversea trip so we have no choice on this. Really thanks to say MOHS authorised person in yangon.

The worst service hotel I have ever seen.

The most terrible hotel service I have ever seen from a big hotel. Their services are worse than 1 star hotel though the hotel seems to be international standard. We booked a staycation package via phone three days in advance and they accept. We also reconfirmed again before the check-in day and they said booking is confirmed. But, when we arrived at the hotel, they didn't allow us to check-in with the reason their hotel air conditioning system is down. Even if their hotel error is real, they should have informed to us in advance. But, they didn't inform or provide any alternative solution to us. We had spent our valuable holidays with full of disappointments and unprepared scheduled.

We had Hi Tea set at Vintage Luxury Yacht restaurant on today. I am really like your Hotel facility and structure and we hope a lot about your hi tea set compare with your hotel standard. We know that your price is the cheapest in Yangon. But we got cup of coffee and this set above photo. You imagine that this is fair with your price? We can get excellent quality of americano coffee from another five stars hotel about 4$ or 5$. Your snacks from stand was very bad and not as good as taste. We hope a lot your hotel post and picture but we got really upset your poor Hi tea stand. We wanna come back again and got fair price with your hi tea stand Even though you change higher than price at that time. But wanna see to improve in hi tea stand.

definitely booking myself again and recommend others to stay at VLY. here's not a complain, just a few suggestions only. simple: Bambay Gin bottle is on the shelves but it's empty. Reason was because new year night too many guest and it's finished and not in the stock. Sad! live music: They can sing. Good musicians. The band — don't sing in English. Or otherwise polish and practice your English.

Feels homey and very accommodating staff. Not exactly luxurious but it is indeed vintage. I love the effort they placed to give that vintage vibe and the maintenance done on the ship. Food could be better but I'll go back here.

Well maintained. Luxurious fittings with pleasant ambience. A "must" place to stay whilst visiting Yangon. Reasonably a good restaurant with a variety of western and Eastern menus to choose from. Courteous staff. Suitable for family stay.

Interesting hotel concept and interior, friendly staff. The hotel is a bit old and most staff can't speak English. Good experience as long as not expecting 5 star service.

Impressive hotel and deciration. Very exotic and great service by all staff. Breakfast buffet has sufficient selection. Hot water and air condition works very well.

A quirky and unique boat hotel. A big boat with somewhat odd decor and a little run down. Don't take the wife or girlfriend there if you are trying to impress her but a good option for a cheapish stay or group of men on holiday. Good location at the quieter end of downtown — good bars and restaurants all within easy reach.

Nice. Our hotel room was complete in style of the old days. I will not give all the spoilers away; let yourself be surprised. Restaurants were a bit pricey and really not much people were eating, both with dinner and with breakfast. I would think they can earn more by lowering those prices. Nevertheless an unique experience and the staff was friendly and speak good English. Also there is a deck with baths and jacuzzi's but when we were there, there was no water in it and nobody was behind the counter. Maybe not the right time at the right day but since there was a big counter with towels and all that I was wondering why we couldn't be helped.

Quite nice, but no comparison to the floating hotel in Mandalay.
All beautiful but not authentic, this ship could be anywhere and is no more than a normal passenger ship anchored in not beautiful surroundings.
For the same money you can find a hotel in the city centre in the best location and quality.

If you’re looking for a unique place to stay in Yangon then look no further! We spent a total of 4 nights on this incredible old 1920’s themed ship and the interior design/layout was just beginning of our trip back in time. With a theatre room, pool table and bars and restaurant to choose from, the guys on board really made you feel like royalty. The buffet breakfast was delicious, the ambiance of the restaurants was romantic and all in all we couldn’t fault our stay. Our favourite place was definitely our cosy room though… Looking out over the river with our fireplace and lantern going at night was a real experience amongst such a beautiful city.

Luxurious hotel with a spa and restaurant on board. Meeting rooms and a theatre as well. Huge Buffet breakfast included. The hotel has another restaurant straight off the boat for night dining. Great customer service and was a pleasure to stay here. Cost approximately 6, 000 Kyat for a taxi to the popular tourist Scott Market.

Lovely yacht hotel. Decor was outstanding. Felt we were in a bygone age, with antique phones, leather wardrobes, gramophone players of the early nineteenth century, and the antique wooden finish of the carpet completed the picture of old world charm. Service was good, rooms comfy. However vegetarian food was difficult to find. Overall a good experience. Chezuba.

An extra ordinary feeling with old time furniture and decorations of around 1920. A big ship is converted into a floating hotel in Yangon river. Food is good a bit expensive though. Fresh air availability is very good at the outdoor dinning area of the restaurant and bars. Friendliness and hospitality of the staff are excellent. I amazed about toilet seat as it is a high tech cleaning system attached and only seen in 5 stars hotels of Europe and developed Asian countries like Japan and Taiwan. Room rates are a bit expensive too. Maybe during the peak season of tourist visits. 50 $ for no balcony attached room, 60$ for balcony attached city view room and 70$ for balcony attached river view room.

The view from the balcony was the best part for me but I wish I could of spent an extra night there but maybe next time. The bed is so comfy it puts my bed to shame and the whole environment is nice and peaceful. We did dinner at the Pirate Restaurant. The prices were lowish and the quality very high. Specially the Indian style chicken biriyani was absolutley delicious.

Luxury hotel on yacht with nice rooms, beautiful view, good service and delicious foods provide with skillful chef. Also suitable for gathering with colleagues for any function.

Great room. Comfortable bed. Polite and helpful staff. Even has a shuttle to town.

Me and my friends stayed for a long weekend at this hotel. It is a great place to stay as we could enjoy the incredible view of Yangon river. The hotel is clean and bright. The staff on reception were very pleasant. Excellent choice of hot food. We enjoyed the chicken biryani which was made in Indian style, that was so much yummy. We booked a spa there to get some relaxment. Huge thanks to this yacht hotel. Highly recommend.

I would give it 3.5 stars. Music was the killer. If you played some jazz or gatsby, something reminiscent of the era, would have been great. But my partner and I were horrified to go up to the morning buffet to find them belting out club hits. Atmosphere went from classy to 0. Doof doof doof, who wants that for breakfast. Doesn't matter how good the food was, alot of older guests were wincing. Same thing for night bar, why are you blasting lady gaga when the bar is so beautiful with vintage pieces and cigars. It screams cheap. Wanted to have a wine and cigar, but minute we heard the music we left. No point even dressing elegantly for a place like that. Strange stuffy smell in whole of yacht as well.

Old vintage style. We love the design and smiling staff. Some can say that the hotel os not well maintained. Indeed. But it still deserved to be appreciated by the atmosphere brought by genuine people.

Lovely old-charm atmosphere. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent attentive staff. In the morning, it is a good time to catch the very fresh air from the river and the beautiful view of Yangon city from the hotel. The breakfast buffet is luscious. If you want to experience the best of Burmese hospitality with beautiful view of Yangon river and the city, it is the place you should check in.

Came here for dinner the other night, and it was fantastic! The tiger prawn curry — — on the September promotion menu — — was especially tasty. Really good food at an affordable price in a unique atmosphere. I highly recommend checking out the Vintage Luxury Yacht for dinner and/or drinks!

Vintage design hotel with warm staff and quiet environment. Good size room.

Hotel is very clean in a beautiful ambient. No BBC, CNN, CGTN and sports channels. Wi-Fi is limited to only 3 devices per room.

Unique, Good service and Beautiful scenery. Close to the high revered place of Buddhism in Yangon. Not too much expensive.

Good view point, Yangon river view, lucky hour available.
