Loved this hotel’s quarantine service. Price is affordable and location is right across the lake so, I can get fresh air even though I cant get out. One thing you need during quarantine is to not feel suffocated and spot on! Thanks for making my stay wonderful.

I love Esperado Lake View Hotel. Their service and facilities are so great. The view, specially on the roof top, is superb. Seeing the Shwe Dagon Pagoda, the city, and the river is a amzing. Recommended to everyone because it is a great place to stay in.

I give it 4 stars for the view of Lake Kandawgyi in Yangon. But you have to be at the topmost floors. The Rooftop bar & restaurant serves pretty good food. After eating loads of local Burmese cuisine during my trip, having a perfectly grilled cheese burger with fries was great. 3 stars for the rooms ~ they are small and so-so. Rickety chairs, noisy traffic outside, safe boxes that work inconsistently and non-functioning lifts. However, the rooms and toilets are clean, and the bed is comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is about 20 minutes from downtown, depending in traffic. But the best part is Kandawgyi Park in front if the hotel. Just pay 300 kyat entry fee and enjoy the cool greenery and lake. Inside there's loads of cafes and restaurants with pretty good food. Don't mind coming back since the room rates are priced ok.

One of the most relaxing place and stunning view in Yangon. You can never miss the great view on the roof top restaurant. There are also many dining options nearby by the the Kandawgyi lake. Recommend for leisure and business trips.

Attracted by its gold-and-black-decorated-lobby, where situated just opposite of Kandawgyi Lake. Uniqueness of this hotel is stunning panorama lake view from 9th floor rooftop restaurant and its friendliness. No swimming pool though it is called 4-star hotel. But I enjoyed their spa and fitness center there. Added: Visited again yesterday. Lake view is as stunning as all the time. Found new jewelry shop opened in the lobby (ground floor), other side of the reception. Shop name is "VOW".

Bath water pressure is small We live in the fourth floor lake view room, but by the tree cover the scenery can not see the lake a bit of a pity

We like this hotel very much. The best is the view above the lake to Shwedagon. Breakfast is also great and the rooms are big and clean but there is a little bit mold in the bath. Staff is friendly and helps a lot. We can recommend this hotel and would come here one more time.

For its location overlooking the lake, with a great view, because decentralized compared to the chaotic center, for the breadth of the rooms, the mix of modern and traditional style, the courtesy of the staff, while the waiters of the restaurant on the top floor leave a little to be desired. Compared to other hotels in Myanmar very good value for money.

The hotel Sunset lake view was fantastic. All the staff are friendly n helpful especially the reception duty manager who check me in to a medium size of the room with no view n I rejected. She offer me to a smaller room with city view immediately. I took it but because is 3 of us, we requested her to change us to a bigger room the next day. She studied my body language as I don't enjoy complaints n she knows it all. The next day without asking she upgraded us to premier room which is much more bigger with study area n bath tub Cum place all the roses around our bed as it is our anniversary day. Excellent service. Keep up the good job. Bravo.

A wonderful hotel with great views. It is as good as many international five stars hotels. The rooms and services are excellent. The ninth floor restaurant has a magnificent view of the lake and the Shwedagon pagoda. The food is excellent though a little pricier than outside but it is worth dining there just for the view. I would certainly stay here again.

A good hotel in Yongon. Near the lake. Not too crowded. The view of the restaurant on the top floor is splendid. Room also nice and clean.

Visited the rooftop bar and restaurant. The atmosphere was lacking somewhat but their beer is cold and their cocktails were quite good. The view is very nice as you can see Shwedagon Pagoda and part of the lake from there. Prices were quite reasonable for drinks and snacks, with a little effort the place could be very nice.

The price is too high compare with service and room size. Only one thing is the best is Shwedagon Pagoda view. I booked the room via agoda and paid for the room with lake view but when I checked in at 8.00 pm the room is not ready actually they did not prepare as I requested with extra bed and high floor room we are tried and want to stay at good hotel after long day trip then everything was upset. Why they did not prepare for booked room? The extra bed is not ready to use the joint cannot lock so you have to sleep at middle position all night if not the bed will be bend! So I do not have the good experience with this hotel. The other thing like view from room/ rooftop bar/ facility is ok.

We went to the cafe on the rooftop, the view was stunning, food was good — though a little bit long to prepare, might be due the fact that we are group of 10+ people. One downside is when we came at 3.30 the place was hot, and the hotel are not allowing us to use AC — hope they consider this as one factor that might send people off. Overall nice experience.

Spacious, clean, excellent service! Only 'issue' is that I could hear rather loud traffic sounds from the window in the room I got. Amazing view of Kandawgyi Lake, Shwedagon Pagoda and the very green city of Yangon from the rooftop restaurant/bar where breakfast is served.

The view from the rooftop bar is the best among all rooftop bars in Yangon. Staff is nice. But the food at the rooftop bar is bad. I visited this bar several times just to enjoy the view. Every time I tried the food, never good, they need to change the chef and or the manager. Recently they changed menu, I ordered caesar salad, looks tempting on the menu, but than it came not fresh, seems a frozen food and they just put on microwave, terrible taste!

Loved this hotel! Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast with a view on the rooftop, which is also the perfect spot to watch the sun set over the Shwedagon pagoda. I forgot my sunglasses in the lobby during the checkout, and the guys did everything to get them so my driver could pick it up on time.

Esperadi Lake View Hotel's location is excellent, close to the lake. It's a comfortable, well maintained & professional staff. I want to again & again in this lovely hotel.

I visit the hotel coffee shop and Goya restaurant regularly having breakfast or lunch on the weekends. They have good deals… on reasonable prices for dinners too with unlimited beer, do check out Indian buffet on Sunday evenings. The view is very good from Goya restaurant on their 9th floor — Swedagon pagoda and the lake. Good place for a couple to spend an evening over nice drink and food. Internet is good. Staff polite and smiling. Some nice wall paintings in the lobby. Gym and sauna is also good and well maintained.

Staying two nights in this hotel on my first trip to Yangon has been an amazing experience for me. It has very friendly and useful staffs, wonderful room condition, hotel facilities and decent restaurant. Especially the spectacular view on 9th floor to the lake and the pagodas is what you cannot find else where in Yangon. This is definitely among the top 3 hotels in Yangon. Will come back next time for sure.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms efficient service. Wifi available and close to the lake. Restaurant could be great yet it's poorly maintained. Could do with an overhaul.
