Terrible fees, the cost of accommodation for foreigners is twice that of locals! I am a foreigner! I found that the hotel charges different fees for locals and foreigners! My girlfriend and I went to this hotel! When we called to book the room, the front desk told my girlfriend (myanmar) that it only needed 35, 000ks, and when we arrived at the hotel, the waiter told us that we needed 70, 000ks! Because I am a foreigner! I make me feel that hotels in this country are deeply unfriendly…

Bad service for sure for quarantine. Staffs are rude as hell. The attitude is as if we are living off of their salary Have to pay charges for warming the food Have to pay charges for Dropping of the food that was sent to. When My brother request to warm up the food, denied and told him to call the reception. When my brother told him to call by himself he never call and denied and lie that the reception didn’t allow to warm up the food. BAD QUALITY! BAD SERVICE! BAD ATTITUDE! STAFFS ARE RUDE AS HELLL! Addition — The Charges for warming up the food can be varied according to their mood swings which can be 2000 MMK stated amount to 4000 MMK when they aren’t satisfy with the Customer request.

Nice pool. Free transportation service to airport. But what surprise me is being the first hotel for me in Myanmar that need to pay 3000ks for warm water and empty plate.

Nice, cheap hotel very close to the airport. Beds were nice and the room was fairly clean, only complaint would be the weird and dingy bathroom. Best part about this place is the super nice pool and brand new pool deck.

Big Hotel nearby Airport. They building a new house too. From airport about 20 minutes to walk. But there is no Bus pass by the Radio station Road. The only way to get this place is walk or take taxi. They have swimming pool and restaurants in side hotel. Around this hotel not so much of restaurants and shop. Good place, close to the airport. Nice warm swimming pool. But alot of mosquitos too.

Good location close to airport, breakfast decent but not great. That's about all that was nice though. Lots (and I mean lots! ) of mosquitoes, both in the room and elsewhere in and around the hotel. Service could have been better. The room was in the older building next to the pool and quite old and a bit shabby — if you choose to stay at this place, go for one of the more expensive rooms in the new building instead. Hotel is also quite pricy.

Very close to the airport. Nice facility with well maintained gardens. Good breakfast. Classic mahogany clad room was clean.

Near Yangon Airport, it seems to be building new buildings, check-in is the old building, in terms of price can be counted.

Nice room and clean. Pillow is very soft and uncomfortable for my head. Shampoo and bath gel are poor quality, dental kit is ok. Breakfast is not so good but so so. Near airport just ten mins by car. Swimming pool is nice.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They offer 24 hours of good food for the whole family. The kids ate french fries, fried rice, and fried noodles. Free buffet breakfast, which consisted of local and Chinese food, and you can ask them to cook up some eggs. The staff were very friendly. They picked up a family of 4 with 3 large bags from the airport, which took only 5 minutes. The kids really enjoyed the salt water swimming pool.

This was my first stop when visiting Yangon. Free shuttle from the airport, nice rooms and good restaurant with a free breakfast buffet. Not much within walking distance to do though.

Not far from YGN airport, around 5 minutes by car. Hotel's van available. I stay an overnight on old building but new building also available so better to identify the new one during booking. Noises came from motorbikes during took bed coz the room was not far from fence and street. Breakfast and Wi-Fi available as well.

Rude receptionist at new buliding. Experience is not enough for customer service. Chain of commend is missing between staff and officer.

Good internet connection, quite and clean room. Near to airport but breakfast is not that good.

Ok lets break it down, love the egg station breakfast, loved the room service restaurant, maids were profesional, close to airport, the pool was good, they have like a thousand movie channels, cons I hate when they keep your passport and charge double for foreignes if you come from a poor country your paying a fortune, ill stick to thailand were it's all even steven.

Myanmar life hotel is good place for visiting, but it hasn't spa and 24 hours shop.

The hotel has been running for more than ten years and they have upgraded their services and facilities to attract passengers who need accomodation near airport.

Okay hotel that's a bit old, however, they have excellent staff. A new hotel is under construction and looks to be very nice. Salt water swimming pool is very nice.

This one is forgotten treasure. Good environment. Also has swimming pool. Nice staffs. Good food. Airport transportation if you request. One exception the things in the rooms in Pool side and old building are old enough to change with new one.

Average service a little over priced for the area. I booked through agoda and the hotel posted the wrong information and picture of room when I arrived they insisted my wife and I to sleep in a different room with 2 single beds instead of the double size we paid for and if I wanted the room I paid for I would have to pay an additional 25 US dollars. The hotel charges USD and if you try to pay in Myanmar money they do the exchange rate trick. 1 bears costed around 4000 in their money and every where else around town only 2500.

Rooms are spacious and functional, but the cleanliness is especially good in the bathroom. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the breakfast, however, I can not recommend and is poor.

Basic hotel, a bit dated. Good for a one night stay. Free pickup service from and to Yangon airport. Don't try to walk from Yangon airport to this hotel, the road is sandy and poorly lit at night (walk would be 15 to 20 minutes). If you don't want to wait for the free hotel pickup service, get a taxi. This hotel is about 45 minutes from Yangon's main attraction Shwedagon Pagoda by taxi.
