Poor management of the hotel. We booked the hotel online and then at check in says their hotel is full… It has caused lots of inconvenience. We are lucky to find a better hotel nearby at about the same price so last minute.
My 1st my impression of this hotel was good. So I recommended my friends to check in as well. But the hotel continues to disappoint a 2nd consecutive time. How can this hotel allow overbooking of rooms and expect affected guest to compromise either to a lower quality hotel or to expect us to just combine our rooms? If the basic honoring of guest's booking can so easily be comprised, how can we ever trust this hotel again? To make things worse, we even went down personally to the hotel a few days before our check in date to ensure the hotel has our booking correctly received due to the prior incident in December 2018 which we decided to just let the matter rest when the hotel decided to accept our booking and squeeze another guest out instead due to overbooking. Then now for the 2nd time suddenly say they have offered our rooms to other guests upon check in again? If this is genuinely an oversight, then I suggest the owner of the hotel to either train your staff properly or review if the stuff is suitable to represent your hotel.
