Worst service ever!
1. Concierge: just looking and doing nothing when a customer who is carrying 4 big bags is trying to open the door to enter the hotel.
2. Front Office: keep on asking to leave the National Registration Card (a legal document to be kept only with the citizen) at the FO desk while the customer is suggesting to photocopy and keep.
3. Rudeness: telling the customer to leave the hotel if one cannot leave the NRC card at the FO desk while staying.
