Fair price, Clean, Good stuff and 2 minute distance to boat and night market.

Rooms are clean and wide. Room Rates are also fair enough to pay compare to the hotel facilities and services. Especially, I do appreciate that staffs are friendly and hospitable.

Advantages — very near to night market and water taxi. Nice staffs. Disadvantages — breakfast arrangement.

Great location, very close to the boats. Reception organized a reasonably priced day boat tour for us on short notice. However, they lost one of our evisa letters when copying our passport. Breakfast was good, but there could have been a bit more options. Room was comfy, bathroom nice. Noisy at times.

Good experience. The staff as usual polite and friendly. Breakfast more than enough. Attention to the rooms placed in the vicinity of the generator set. Here the public power grid gives way very frequently. The resonance of the engine can be very annoying. I asked for and received a room on the opposite side. Still recommend the hotel.

It is so resonable price and warmly welcome to all their visitors and it is closely approach to the motor boat-port that can go to the Inle Natural Lake. Myanmar.

Located close to Inle lake boat gate, very friendly staff, nice and clean room equipped with air-con unit and TV. Free Wi-Fi and continental and Myanmar breakfast. Hot/cold shower, no bathtub. No wheelchair access or parking. Reasonably priced. Five minutes walk to night market where cooked food, beer and soft drinks can be had.

Good location, clean rooms, very nice staff. Prefer the rooms that overlook the street and have a balcony. The Wifi does not work very well, so I was upgraded. I caught cold during my stay and the staff offered to carry me breakfast (very copious) in the room, all were very considerate.

Very nice hotel with good value. The location is close to the boat dock for Inle Lake cruising. The staff is friendly and provides good directions and information. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are big, clean and with good airconditioning. The Wi-Fi is included but the speed is slow but adequate.

Great location and perfect value for money. Friendly staff, clean room with bathroom amenities, delicious cooked-to-order breakfast and reasonably priced excursions with knowledgeable guide and car. If you do not want to pay for 5* prices inside Inside lake, "Nyaung Shwe" is the best option and this hotel is THE place to stay.

Nice hotel. Room's big. Traditional style. Close to the river jetty and night market. Also a couple of restaurants nearby. The electricity is kinda troubled, but that's the city problem mostly, so the hotel is good. Totally recommended.

Clean room with nice staff. I got a problem with the door's key, so my room ran out of electricity.

Apex charges dark rooms devoid of Sunlight no working bathroom mirror light non functional air conditioning lots of pests including human kind that couldn't help peering in through the window when passing by. Towel bedsheets pillow cases & bathroom furniture & external bidet hygiene non existent. Breakfast good but restaurant on 3rd floor no lift. Okay for young and agile guests who'll be treated as captive customers. Customer care is unknown. So is refrigerator in the room. Complaints go on to deaf and indifferent ears. I told the uncaring management that I'll be obliged to give them an appropriately reciprocal review.
