Winner Hotel offers an incredibly convenient stay in the heart of Kalaw. Situated within easy walking distance of the vibrant local market and various charming cafes, it serves as a perfect base for exploring the town. The staff are exceptionally hospitable, and the rooms provide a comfortable retreat after a long day of trekking through the Shan hills.

Rooms are warm in night and cool in day. Clearness and service are just right for budget hotel. Location is on the main highway and a bit noisy, but it is near to market and express bus stop, it is good for Backpackers too.

I stayed at the best room at the hotel and needless to say it was a wonderful experience for the price.
The AC works two ways both cool and heating.
The water takes some time to be hot.
The room key locks could be improved.
The stuffs are helpful especially with trips and places inquiries.
The amenities are somewhat average.
The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast and it was very good for me to hit the market.
The Kalaw market is just a stone away from the hotel.
There was no one to arrange for customers car parking and all rental cars and bikes fill that little front yard.
Also the electric sockets are loose and not very reliable. Some still work even after cutting the switch.
Bring your own extension.
Wi-Fi is not very fast. You can scroll but you can’t see the contents.
Far from holding meeting.
Have to use my own data for meeting.
Overall it was quite a good stay that I chose better-priced room and didn’t hear the traffics like other has experienced.
