They took table charge 15, 000 MMK to the value of 15, 500 bottle. Their so-called manager explained that they have to paid custom on beverages but whenever we drink or not, they have to paid for it. We could understand that we will have responsible on what we bring from outside. Their customer service, only from that manager said out that we, as the educated people shouldn’t complain on it. We really appreciate on the service of all staffs except him. So shameful. As we agreed, he will charge 10, 000 MMK for all but when we take bill, he added the charges for each kind of alcohol separately to reach his target of 15, 000 MMK charges. Don’t go there!
My recommendation is only on the resturant service. No respect on customer care. Expensive table charges and bad service. We have to pay 15000 MMK for table charge for a bottle of 15500 MMK Votka — what the hell is that. (The bad srevice of the resturant may be because of the male manager we met on 4.2.2021. ) Plz don't waste your time and money in View Point Ecolodge' resturant. Just find another good place in Nyaung Shwe.
