Mingalar Mandalay Hotel

The lighting is a bit dim, and there are quite a few mosquitoes. However, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend trying the dry noodles – definitely a must-try!

It’s a great pleasure to stay at the hotel. Stuff are really helpful especially Win Win Htet who is super friendly and assisted us to make our stay enjoyable.
I would really recommend anyone who is looking for a stay in Mandalay. You won’t regret it.

I stayed at this hotel for three days, and it was a fantastic experience. The decor was beautiful, and the food was delicious. The staff were exceptionally hospitable, especially Aung Khant Zaw, who was patient and hardworking. The service was excellent throughout my stay. If I return to Mandalay, I’d definitely stay here again.

Good service at dinner hall waiter Aung Kant zaw. A staff who is kindly explain about Tea station too. We are very pleasure at swimming pool and jacuzzi. When we get in room, we get fruits basket present from Mingalar Mandalay Hotel Management. So we surprise and happy it. We are very relax and well rest. Anyway Thank you for your good hospitality.

The most delicious breakfast ever I had. It was amazing. There are so many food you can chose. Shan Noodle taste is really good. I also like Mohiga. The staff are so friendly and kind. I had the best service here. I want to go there again. Especially, the staff Mr. Soe moe aung, May Si Yan Htoo gave me the best service. I was really enjoy it. Thank you Mingalar Mandalay.

I like the most here is the staff are so warmly welcome. There are alot of food you can choose and eat. Shan Noodle is so tasteful. I and my friends had a great time. The place is so amazing quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Especially, the staff May Si Yan Htoo is so kind and gave us a good service. Thank you.

Very clean room and great sleep. Services at the Reception by Ms. Phyoe Ei Khaing Shoon Latt Latt Aung and Ms Yati are very good and very friendly. We will come back next month with my family. Breakfast also really good and staffs are helpful. We will be hope to see you again.

I have visited for various occasions, including meetings, weddings, and celebrations. This time, I went for breakfast to treat my baby girl on her birthday. The variety of food available is impressive, catering to diverse tastes and preferences. The giant ice cream counter at the entrance is particularly exciting for children. This Hotel is also an excellent choice for meetings and treating special guests or loved ones. Highly recommended for any occasion.

Service was not good as I expected. Took around 30 mins for check-in process. We booked 2 rooms and stayed only 2 nights even tho we needed to stay more. We booked one day first and next day at 9 am we extended for the second day at the same price as the first day (I did confirm the price with the staff first) and asked if payment could be made around 4-5 pm as we needed to be at somewhere by 9 am and we were late already. They informed that we can make the payment when we check out…. When my brother came back to the hotel first at 4:30 pm and tried to go up to the room, realised they deactivated the rooms key cards. Had to go back to reception to reactivate and the reception told me brother we didn’t extend another day. Then why they think we left our stuffs in the rooms and never came back until 4/5 pm? I came back around 5:30 pm and I had to wait another 30 mins to reactivate my access card again and I needed to go out by 6:00 pm and had no time to get ready and all. Wasted my time. This is not all, they said second day room rate had increased and asked 20, 000 kyats more per room which was 40, 000 kyats. That was ridiculous. I would not mind paying that money if they said it was the price when I did the extension. I felt like scammed and had to confront with the staff. It was frustrating. I was barely at the hotel in these 2 days but almost every minutes of my time there was spent for confronting them and waiting for the check-in/ card activation processes.

When I attended a graduation into a Thazin Grand Ballroom of the Mingalar Mandalay Hotel, I felt surprised when I looking at the decoration of the Ballroom. All of the Banquet staff were so nice and Thanks to Banquet staff Mr. Kaung Htet Soe. Me and all of my friend were finished a Graduation as well. Took a photo and end up with happy all of my friend and teachers.

The food are nice and service is excellent. Staffs are kind and know how to do their job properly. Overall nice experience. Everything is fine. We are ever satisfied your hotel service and delicious foods just like pastry Blue Berry cheese cake and Tuna sandwich are Amazing. The service is quite good at the event. Coffee and cake are also satisfactory. I recently attended the graduation at this hotel and it is quite close to the central downtown area so the travel is quite convenient. Special thanks to the hotel staff: Mgr Naing Win and Kaung Htet Soe for hospitality and service.
