Good location, good facility.

Good service, comportable place and kind people.

My experience with Hotel Hazel has been great. They have well kept and superbly managed.

Hotel rooms are wide enough and clean. But when I was there, the pool was closed for maintenance and the hotel should prepare more variety of food for breakfast.

Hotel is good but breakfast is not good. U can enjoy complimentary cocktails… Ambiance is really nice. Rooms are good too. You can find ATM in hotel.

I checked in Hotel Hazel from 5th to 8th June 2018. I have to thank the front desk staff as they were so helpful as in arranging taxi and always smiling. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were like clouds. The amenities they put in the room were excellent like the super comfortable bathrobes. Lets not forget to thank the housekeeping staff who did all the work to keep the rooms clean and tidy. The internet was great on the first day… however it slowed down a lot on my last day there. Breakfast was amazing. You have the very talented egg station chefs who will cook made to order eggs. They have wide verity of foods from European to Chinese to Myanmar dishes. Well the outstanding person I met during my stay has to be the Duty Manager, Mr. Nandar Aung. He’s ever so friendly and knows how to converse with guests. That is important in this industry because it shows that upper management do care about customer satisfaction. Well done. I’ll defiantly check in if I am in Mandalay in the near future.

Always stay here whenever I get Mandalay. Place is a bit far from downtown but this is the best choice for reasonable price with good standard.

Located on the way to Pyin-Oo-Lwin, can say that a little bit far from the downtown. That is also its advantage, quiet with no traffic noise. Staff are friendly. Hotel is very new. A good place to stay for a big company who wants to do big meeting or for married couple who wants to hold their wedding ceremony. Added: got a new bar at the lobby, named Hazel Bar.

A wonderful place to stay while in Mandalay. A modern hotel with cozy and comfortable rooms, managed by efficient and hospitable staff. The restaurant serves a wide variety of delicious food too.

Good hotel. Next time I will come back.

I was staying about 4 days in feb 2017. The room and decoration is sastisfied. I put my ring in my room. When I come back, it is still there. Breakfast is more suitable for european I think. I like their yogurt most.

Good Hotel, 65, 000 MMK per night, breakfast included. Good service, clean and quiet.

Behind the classy looks of the ground floor (big stairs, swimming pool, large reception), it felt like a giant building with no soul — lost in the far East of Mandalay. The restaurant is overpriced for the food and service offered. The management of the hotel should be a little bit more customer-oriented and put itself in our position more often. As we say, the devil is in the details — yet many left us disappointed. However, I have to admit that the staff is really nice and is always available to help.

Nice Hotel at quite place in Mandalay. Service is good. Rooms are OK. Breakfast is good and can say the best in compare with other same rank hotels in Mandalay. Can see Shan Mountain and the vast paddy fields from the window of hotel. I usually choose this hotel for very often my travel to Mandalay.

Highly recommended! Hotel is world class! The hotel is maintained extremely neat and clean! The staff of very friendly courteous. Rooms are spacious! Breakfast spread is huge and tasty. Had a chance to meet the Owner and she is very polite and nice to talk. She takes personal interest to ensure the guests are comfortable.

The hotel is nice and clean but not too fun level atmosphere at night. Lack a bar area a little relax end of the day. Next to a high school. Wake up in a marching band.

Not bad for a short stay. Pros: good room, tasty breakfast, friendly staff. Cons: surrounding area, slow & unstable Internet connection, hot water is not so hot at peak hours, clogged bathroom drain.

Held Wedding dinner there. Very bad and chaotic event management. Sale team was ok. They did what they can in their capacity but F&B team management was the worst ever I have seen. I have been to many hotels and restaurants in Myanmar as well as foreign countries. I have attended many wedding dinners in Myanmar. This one has the worst. And their bad management gave me trauma as it was mine. It took me 2-3 weeks to overcome from the stress and nightmare I had on my dinner day because of Hazel's F&B team. The taste of the food is fair.
Daily breakfast ran out prematurely and failed to refill.
Rooms are ok. Decoration is good, and good facilities inside. Room service is also good but housekeeping has the problem. The carpet were dusty. You can even get the smell. My brother couldn't stay there and had to move out on the first night as the smell of dust triggered exacerbation of his asthma and he couldn't sleep the whole night although all the windows in the room were opened. Overall is poor. Management and operation team need loads of improvement.

Specious room which is nice and clean. Full of facilities. Service is good. It is lovely that is tea or coffee is complementary (if you are in love with them). Food are also good but expensive. Swimming pool is also big enough. Chlorine is not that much, water temperature is also good. Excellent hotel. Match with their price.
