The rooms and hallways stink of cigarette smoke even though "no smoking" signs are everywhere.
Lots of foreigners here which is all good by itself, but a significant number of foreign guests are very uncivilized. Just on my first day I saw multiple foreigners from a specific country use the emergency stairwell as their personal smoke lounge. The same group of people also spat all over the stairwell.
