THE WORST HOTEL EVER IN MY LIFE.
Dirty & stinky bed and blankets, broken door, disgusting bathroom without even warm water. It's not in the pic, but the door frame was full of ants. Plus, I have never seen a 'hotel' without even a coffee pot.
The worst part is that the employees don't understand what 'service' is. No water bottle prepared, the reception desk doesn't even remember if I left my key, no aircon remote but they wouldn't even try to find another one.
My mother-in-law put a towel on the glass shelf in bathroom and it fell down and they asked for money for it. What kind of hotel asks for compensation when the customer used the facility in proper, normal way and it broke due to the POOR MANAGEMENT?
