The customer service was great, the breakfast quite nice, and the building was pretty; however the airport pickup mentioned will cost you. We paid €30 each trip for pick up and drop off, which is what he said a taxi would have cost. I didn't know we were paying for the airport transportation until the day before we left, which was a disappointment. The driver will take you to the Medina for €5 a trip, which was convenient and it was nice having someone you knew and trusted available to pick you up. The room was big and beautiful but the Wi-Fi was weak in the bedroom and the bed was rather hard. The shower was good and stayed hot. Overall not a bad place to stay. Walkable to one cafe which was quite popular in the evening, Cappuccino. Most places require a car to get to though. Good breakfast.
