I stayed 2 night price was fair for the service, here are some point your continuous improvement : — the responsible waiter in breakfast restaurant deos not know the difference between omelet and sunny-side up or scramble egg, he call them all (Omelet). My 68 years old mother asked for bottle of water which he can charge to our room, he told her that he don't have it finished, how ouldbe that a hotel has no water left. It's a shame for the property. I don't understand hotel has light and internet but no bottle of water!, if you are really a hotelier you don't say : no we don't have to your client. — gentleman in reception is very rude, I complain that toilet hose is not working, it's like I killed his family member, did not even apologized, I asked him to send me confirmation to my email with details of my booking so to avoid confusion, refused by saying that I made booking by phone and they don't send emails to guest who booked by phone… how is that possible? Thanks for taking an action.
