➜ Good residence: parking, grocery stores next to the correct apartment, but with some defaults: non-existent Wi-Fi so forced to take a 4g box or use the package etc. Otherwise I found that the people who work there are smiling. In addition there is a football, basketball and tennis court. They are not in very good condition, but frankly it is not disturbing. To conclude go there for the beach, but not for the equipment.
